Anthony V.Improvements to the booking process is needed: although using the website was easy, on the day of pick-up, I was given an unexpected notification that the van I reserved at one location was no longer available and needed to go to a much farther location to pick up another vehicle. I had to make multiple calls to the pick up locations and scheduler to clarify what I needed, which was stressful. Thankfully, the scheduling department was very accommodating and patient, which I appreciated during the stressful time.
