Was told the uhaul would be ready for pick up at 1:30 got there and was told by the lady answering the phone she would be back from lunch until 2:30. I was paying movers. Totally unacceptable.

I scheduled the pick up at 8:30 am and the facility were closed. they opened at 9:10. The dashboard is requiring to Change the oil soon. The van was dusty.

Dirt lot with run-down building and junk on lot but suited the purpose for dropping off the equipment.
I booked for a Uhaul truck, guest services called and verified our reservation and told me I needed to pick my truck up at another location, got there and they didn't have our truck they mistakenly rented it out to the wrong person. Told us they will have a truck the next day. What's the point of booking a reservation a month before. Don't put guaranteed on the confirmation when it wasn't.
Should not be charged one whole day where we trade a vehicle or truck five hours late
Dingy/dirty office. No one showed up when I returned the trailer so I just dropped it off and left.
Quick and easy check in
Picking up truck was ridiculous. I could not find anyone at at property. Then you have to call number posted on door. Then lady comes out and take 30 to 40 minutes trying to start up computers to print out paperwork. I ended up not wanting to wait any longer and just asked if she could email me the paperwork cause I had to go!

VAN WAS DIRTY BUT IT WAS BECAUSE IT IS DIRT LOT, POSSIBLY HARD TO KEEP TRUCKS CLEAN. OVERALL IT WAS A GOOD PLACE.
Location and employee not COVID19 aware. No barriers, no mask, vehicle not sanitized, etc.
I reserved a dozen moving blankets with my truck reservation. When I picked up the truck, after I had already paid for it, the lady there checks the inside of the truck, finds a furniture dolly, and removes it. Seeing this reminds me that I ordered a dozen blankets/pads and I remind her that my reservation, which i had already paid for, included a dozen pads/blankets. Her response is that she doesn't have any more, she ran out, and she walks away telling me thank you. When I returned the rental to another location, they tell me i am missing a dozen blankets. When I explain to them that the place I picked up from didn't give those to me, and that she didn't tell me until after I had paid, I am told that they cannot issue me a refund. They can and did however, charge me for the additional days I had kept the truck, but at the full additional day charge. They didn't even offer the reduce the charge by the blanket amount I had over paid. So to improve customer service, I suggest that the additional rental equipment, such as the dollys, and moving pad/blankets, be paid for and then given to customers to put inside the truck themselves or some method of ensuring that every location checks the reservation and informs customers of any lack of inventory that the reservation calls for, before making the customer pay. I had to pay for the reservation to get the key to the truck. She should have told me that she was put before I paid. I honestly don't think she even looked at the entire reservation. She just saw that I reserved a truck and thats it.

I scheduled the pick up at 5:00am. Arrived at 4:55am to a 26â€ truck. Tried to open the compartment box but no keys were inside. Called customer service who told me to call Transportation at 7:00am. Called Transportation at 7:00am, he moved my reservation to 8:00am and gave me $50 refund and an additional 20miles. (Thank you!) When I arrived at the facility at 7:45am, I waited until 8:00am, then 8:05am I called to see if they were open, lady who picked up the phone stated I'll be out there in a second. At 8:11am she came and opened the gate. I went inside the manager asked if I had a reservation, I explained yes I had a reservation at 5:00am but no truck was outside, before I could finish she cut me off and said â€œYes there was a truck outside because I put it there myselfâ€ I said â€œWell ma'am if you put it there last night it wasn't there this morningâ€ she said â€œare you sure? Let me go check myself.â€ She proceeded outside to check and sure enough nothing. She came back inside and made a phone call to some about the vehicle and stayed on the phone the entire transaction. Then took me outside and told me to check the miles and gas. Then left. No apologies nothing but an attitude and poor customer service.
My reservation time was 3:30 at 3:32 a woman called me ( the owner) and told me she would be back in an hour. This happened as I was pulling in to the location. I told her no and that I was already there and she let me know it would be an hour. I spoke with her husband who Was at the location ( there house is on the property) and Uhaul and there was nothing anyone can do so I waited. While I waited two other people showed up for their reservation times and had to wait with me. She showed up an hour and 12 minutes after my reservation time. When she showed up she was unapologetic and rude. She has no Covid-19 implement in place! My self and those waiting just piled into her little office. The gas gauge was off and the cab was not cleaned. This delay cost me more then my rental and delayed my moving day!
We dropped off after hours, the location was far away. Was not lit at all , very dark and hard to find as it did not have a good sign out front. It is a secure location with a gate, was hard to find where to park the vehicle because it was so dark.
Maria was awesome, which made for a great experience.
Nothing was ready or cleaned. No gas in truck when we picked it up. Took over 2hours to switch from a auto transport to a 6x12. The 6x12 was also semi-dirty inside. This was definitely not my best uhaul experience.
