Hunter, Randy son was very helpful and accommodating. I would do business with them again and recommend them to anyone that needs a U-Haul with Customer Service attached.

SIMBARASHE MBe there. While we were able to drop off the rental, it is also a used car lot which would have been completely confusing had there not been at least one other rental parked there. There was no one on duty, and the office trailer thing was locked up but it was just before 4:00 pm on a Saturday. Thankfully, my son was able to call the number and speak with whomever owns that location. We locked the dolly in the cab, recorded our mileage and gas, as well as took videos of the retails condition as we didnt want to be held accountable for anything that might hapoen after we left. Dropped the keys in the lockbox and left. Not a very good experience whatsoever at either location.
MATTHEW CA little less wait time on the phone for questions. Some of the buttons didn't work on the text messages and you had to call for clarification. Very fair and accomodating . Flexible.. Will rent again next week
