Im very disturbed about this situation and the call i recieved when we had no issues on our travel. This issue with the truck damage was there before i rented the truck. My Son seen it and didn't think anything of it. He said i guess i should have told you that i seen it there. I feel like i am being set up for someone else's damage

The guy who rented us the truck was lazy and rude. The truck had alot of dents and scratches. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON!!! I called the man right after I pulled away and told him the check engine light was on and he said it was probably just a oil change needed. I felt uneasy the entire trip. I was constantly worried we were going to break down cause he had not checked the light prior to my rental.

dont know how to improve the best. the woman who helped us she was polite and to the point. we were in and out of there in 15 min that was sweet heading back to in. she was great help and deserves a pat on the back. if u can beat that i'd like to see it. only thing i can see is u need a liitle bit better advertisement of where u r. thanks

when I placed my reservation it was for one way to Nashville and to be dropped off at the Nashville location at north first street in Nashville instead i had to drive a hundred and fifty miles around trip to return the trailer this kinda defeats the reservation process! a lot of additional costs to me as a customer thanks for being professional I'm not at all satisfied with the service from the main company

Rep. Was inattentive. Eating a hot dog while processing rental. Did not get up to inspect the vehicle, had me do it and return the inspection sheet vhf to him.

Didn't have the vehicle size I requested I wanted a small van or pickup truck and he would not get one for me or locate one for me to pick up so I had to spend alot more money on something that was to big do now we are bout broke do to this inconvenience!

Great location and they hooked up equipment for me. Customer service was a little lacking as the people did not seem very personable but they did a good job overall.

Your policy on imaging drivers license does not work. I sat in the store for 20 minutes trying to get the process to work. It is especially bad in rural locations without good cell reception. Then I had to have two contacts, which is ridiculous. I had to use someone as a contact that I had no business providing to you. Extremely displeased. The store location was fine and equipment was good also. No complaints. I had just used your competitors within the last month and had no problems with them. Will not use U-Haul again.

I had returned my uhaul at the fourth day, I was given four days to return it and still was charged. I had a full tank of gas. My mileage was good.

The staff at Macon Rental in Lafayette, TN were very nice and helpful. This was our second rental from this location. The first was a small enclosed trailer and this the 26' truck.
