The specific trailer we rented was in the weeds in the back lot while others were displayed in the parking lot. When you know it's rented, it would be nice to have it brought out from the weeds first.

The trailer wasn't checked prior and the straps were cranked down in behind the ratchet and it took over 2 hours to break the straps loose, I wasn't able to meet my time requirement at that point and returned the trailer. I was thoroughly disappointed in what happened today amd not being able to use the trailer because it wasn't checked over properly when it came back in.

When we were returning the truck we were also waiting for several mins for an employee to come help us.
