Great experience, very friendly check in lady and drop off person as well. Only issue was the checklist at the beginning asked if it was clean but didn't send a text like it said it would for an explanation. The pic I took and attached probably showed what I was seeing. Just a little hay which was no big deal but I knew I wasn't going to have a broom when I brought it back. I only picked up 2 couches and knew there wasn't going to be a need for sweeping. Was concerned that I was going to get charged but I wasn't. Great and affordable experience

WILLIAM DRented a car dolly from uhaul to move a vehicle from Minnesota to Wisconsin. The taillights on the passenger side did not work and caused me to get pulled over by Minnesota state police on interstate 90 and they issued a ticket for operating without required lights and made me park it till daylight. The turn signals and brakes worked but the taillights did not. Told the store when i returned it and they didn't even offer a discounted price. I did not want it for free, i did use it, but a discount would've helped. So a 6 hour trip turned into a 14 hour trip. Lesson learned do not rent from uhaul
RAYMOND OOutside of trailer lots of mud. Hitch/ball lock rusted in place, had to soak with oil to get to function
