Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe 15' truck needs front end alignment and also I do not think anybody checks the oil in this vehicle. Asked for 8:00am pick up the attendant would help other customers that came into the store so it was 8:35am when I drove off the lot to the first gas station less than 1/4 of a tank.
KEVIN JWipe down interior plastics. Also, appliance dolly was ordered online and one was not provided with truck at pickup. This caused major problems for moving.
Elmar DPlease think about your prices. I booked U-Haul 10’ for 3-4 hours and paid $175, gas extra. Bottom line is it’s too expensive. Try to reduce the price. Thank you!
namankumar pThe vehicle needs mechanical repair as I struggle to control the vehicle as a result of a bad suspension issue on the arm of the vehicle, secondly the fuel system seems tampered with, i had a trip of 10.4m and just as I have to get the gas level back to the level I took it. I bought gas of about 10$ at first the level did not change, I later bought $5 still it did not change all just for a usage of 10.4m. This was bought at a station less than 200m from the drop off point. Thirdly, no receipt was issued, no printout for transaction, not for payment, I dont even know how much I was charged since I used a credit card. This is the worst sales point I have rent U-haul in this Canada. Really disappointed
