The app had some glitches during pickup and drop-off. When I went to submit the photos at drop-off, the app closed and when it reopened, it had said that the drop-off was already complete. Similar issue with pickup. Had to click the same tab several times and was taken to different pages and was unable to submit any information about the truck prior to driving it.

Myself and another customer waited for 40 minutes starting around 2:10 PM local time to return a van in their case and the trailer in my case. No one ever returned while we were waiting, with a closed sign on the door. I ended up unhooking the trailer in what seemed the best level location on the property and put a cone behind it. With a 3.5 hour drive in front of me I couldn’t afford to wait any longer. The people attempting to return the van also gave up and left.
Seth RGary was very attentive as soon as I walked in the door. He graciously unhooked the trailer then we went inside and he completed the transaction.

JACQUELINE PThe pickup location was great. The issue was that I did not get a call the night before to confirm the pickup location and the UHAUL app told me the wrong location. Only when I called was I told that the location was moved.
