At this point I would have a hard time recommending UHaul. Your system was awful. I booked a truck for $255. When I changed the pick up time 2 days later the price changed to $559! Chevonne with customer service fixed it finally so thanks to her!! Then next day When it was picked up they entered the drop location which then changed the price back to $559. Rita at customer service then had to have the difference credited back to our account which was a few days. She was also a big help!! So thanks to her, but this process and all the calls and stress of this was unacceptable and ridiculous. Our dons friend who was moving with UHaul 2 days later had the exact same issues. It’s starting to seem like a bait and switch! People are stuck because they have the move logistics all lined up so it seems you have them in a tight spot and some people probably just pay it and move. Your two customer service ladies helped a lot and we did get our refund but should not be that difficult of a procedure

My requested pickup location was moved 3 miles to a different location just a day before pickup. I do not understand this. I have my reasons for a pick up loc and do not think it should be moved for me. The loc was good but the move was disappointing. Thank you

Have correct truck size available and don't have customer running all over to get a truck. Fuel was much less than stated. Over all experience was horrible

Took over 2 hours to check out since the employee didn't know how to work the payment on the UHaul website. Teach the employee how to use the software.But he was nice.Peter came to the location and fixed the problem.

We were only allowed 40 miles. I feel that is too low of an allowance for miles for someone who is moving houses/cities. Drop off was a mess. I was called and told to take it to a location different from my originally scheduled drop off. When I got to the new place, no one was there. I didn't feel comfortable dropping it off without speaking with someone but I had no choice. The whole drop off experience was not good. I wish Uhaul would be more professional about exchange between them and customer.

Gary who ran this location was extremely helpful and went out of his was to get me going. The original location however was awful. The gentleman who called me said he didn't have the truck we needed and we had to go to another location. The only issue was at the time they were only open at 10. Being a mile and a half away from it I asked him he could move it because we needed to be on the road by 9AM and that's why we went with his location since they were open at 7. He said to me he couldn't do that because it would cost him more money than I was paying for it. Throughout the conversation of me asking if there was a solution he kept asking me if I just wanted to cancel it. Really!? You don't want my business and help a customer out!? So then after him continuing to tell me there was nothing he could do I asked to get a phone number to a manager that could help. He then said sorry you can try the 800 number because I'm the district manager. If Gary wasn't willing to come in early we would not have been able to move our stuff and make it in time for our 3 and a half hour drive. Gary was amazing and saved the day by coming in 2 hours earlier than my planned time. The "district manager" on the other hand I have no idea why he is in that position. I work in the customer service industry and if I ever heard one of my employees try to stray away business and not be solution oriented there would be bigger problems. I will be making sure that anyone I speak to does not go to that location because he is extremely unprofessional and not very customer friendly.
