I was charged 100 dollars more than my email confirmation was and couldn't get anyone on the phone in 2 days very poor and very bad business I will never ever rent from uhaul again very sorry experience

William H.No rental return process. No inspection of returned vehicle and no receipt of vehicle being returned. Was told to put key in lockbox outside. Received phone call from U-Haul two hours later wondering why vehicle not returned. Situation was rectified during this call and received email receipt of return of vehicle on time and in good condition several hours later. Person on phone was extremely helpful.
