Overall the product and price was fine. While hooking the trailer up, the owner (Wade Wilmoth) cane out yelled “you’ve gotta a have 5” drop hitch for that”. He came over with a mobile jack and lifted it on my Yukon and walked away. Then the employee (Shelly Pacore) told me I need an electrical adapter and I can’t take the trailer without it. My problem with all this is that I own multiple drop hitches and adapters. These things should’ve been listed as “things you will need to bring”. So I had to go back inside to purchase an adapter which Wade already had ready to go for me at check out whichbtold me that they do this VERY regularly. It’s like they intentionally leave those details out so they can charge you for accessories that you shouldn’t have to buy. I told Wade (the owner) that the required accessories should be listed on the website during reservation and he totally ignored me and zero response. It’s just poor customer service and I will not use that uhaul again. The employee (shelby) was fantastic! She was very helpful and apologetic that I had to purchase the adapter and agreed that it should be mentioned during the reservation process. The drop off process was simple and Shelby was great then as well. I own my own medical practice and have excelled because customer/patient service comes first!! Good luck Wade!

This truck ran fine however the front end of the truck needs work!! It felt like the front suspension was needing to be replaced. I would have returned it if the location was open later. In addition, the headlights were all pointing down and made driving at night unsafe. When I put the bright lights on they were only adequate for going slow to be able to see.

Needed a truck for 2 or 3 hours for a quick furniture pickup, thought we would be back before the store closed, but we weren't. Got back less than an hour after the location closed. Accidentally locked a cell phone in the truck. Called customer service and that's where things started going downhill. They asked if I processed my return through the app. I didn't, so they told me there was a $20 fee for not using the app that I wasn't informed of. They told me they would send a message to the location and have them call me. Long story short, after multiple calls to customer service and being transferred around, someone finally called the location manager who said we had to wait until the next morning to get the phone. The first person I talked to each time as she was ending her call with me asked if I needed to reserve anything else. This was not one of those times to stick to the script and follow the rules because that just irritated me even more.

Trailer although clean was fairly beat up - surge brakes locked up 150 miles into the move and service had to be called losing 4 hours of travel by the time it was complete. Service was good and did get us back on the road without further problems.
