Our original location was much closer to where we needed to be. We used up almost an hour and a half of time to go pick the truck up. When arriving, we were met with a clerk, who showed us a cell phone and spoke with a U-Haul representative, who was driving. It was somewhat strange. The truck seemed to be somewhat tired and had 146,000 miles but performed and accomplished the job.

The cup holder in the cab, and the floor around it was sticky from a spill of coffee or soda. Some had gotten on the jump seat in the middle, as well. I had to clean it before we could use it. I also had a problem uploading all the pre-use pictures onto the website. The website quit on me. I took pictures anyway, and have them if anyone tries to blame anything on us. I do want to say that the person working at this location was friendly and helpful.
Janet LIt was a little confusing that the convenience store calls the U-Haul rep. The U-Haul representative was great and professional.
Richard NIt seem way to far for drop off location, and tbh idk why it was recommended to drive an hour away, when I came to find a uhaul a few miles from where I needed to bring my stuff. I would have saved more money. And I wouldn't have gone over the allowed mileage. The drop off location was 60 miles away, and by the time I got there it was over 30+ miles over the allow mileage. Not to mention it was in the bad part of Knoxville.
