It was not straightforward to activate location services on my Iphone to go to the next step for self serve pick up. The staff at Aqua Bay were great once they were open, but we lost an hour and gave up on doing the self service, so that was my frustration with this location. There was a broken lightbulb in the cup holder that we didn't notice until we were on the road.

Follow up, on information left regarding the drop off of the trailer by contacting the renter once the info is read. It should not take another u-haul dealer's effort to get this info to the renter. I made 4 attempts at phoning between 2 P. M. and 4:30 P.M the next day only to be told to leave a message. Problem "the mail box is full, Good-bye" was all that was available on the companies phone.

There is always a bit of wait to speak to someone who is trained on the U-Haul side of the business. That being said, they are always very friendly and helpful. Great prices, flexibility. I'll use them next time for sure.

Uhaul reservation system is a joke. I reserved an 5x8 trailer and my conf Number confirmed this. Then when I called in the morning to get directions to the location I was told that my reservation was a 4x8 trailer. I tried to tell the agent that I reserved a 5x8 so he went to check then my phone went dead. I called back the main uhaul number and they said no 5x8 trailers were available at any locations nearby. When informed the agent that my email confirmation said I had a 5x8 trailer reserved I was given the run around. I called back a third time and was told that since I only reserved a few days before Preference was given to people that reserved weeks in advance. I don't understand what the purpose of making a reservation is if I can't get what I reserved. The people tha answer the reservation phone seriously need training in customer service. I would suggest that the transcripts of the phone calls be reviewed. When I got to the rental location, they were very helpful and managed to get me a 5x8 trailer. I wasted over an hour of my time on the phone with the reservation people, I should have just gone to the location directly.

Trailer was dirty inside and out, one running light was out. The guy who hitched the trailer up had never hooked one up before. The billing system was wrong, there were no blankets as I had ordered, it toook just as long to register even though I had pre registered. I had to go to a different location to get the blankets.

They did not have or sell a 7 prong to 4 prong adaptor for the light hook up. I had to drive to Walmart and buy one. Make sure you go with the correct adaptor. It was only $7 but annoying to have to go offsight once I was there. I am surprised that they did not sell them as they did have 20 or more trailers to rent. I would have paid $20 for one at that point. An easy profit for them. The staff was embarrassed but very helpful.

The location obviously did not put the afterhours trailer drop in the U-Haul system as I received a call wanting to know my drop location, I talked to a rep on Sunday locating the drop location as well, received call on Wednesday. whrer was trailer dropped, should not have gotten this call, all resolved, overall good experience.

This place, this time of year isn't open except Saturdays. I dropped uhaul off a day early. Then received an email saying 8t hadn't been returned and that my return location was different than my contract.

The location was closed for inventory so we called the number to ask where to park truck and the lady was friendly and helpful.

I had to hook up the trailer myself because the lady there said she couldn't do it. The transaction took far to long. I've rented several things from U-Haul, in and and out in under ten minutes. Nope a half hour here. The trailer was a one way auto transport. It did the job, but it definitely looked busted.

Confirm ball size before customer shows up. A car trailer with a 1 7/8 or 2" ball use is not a completely safe situation. Trailer should be 2 5/16"

We did an after hours drop off an found the lighting at the location very poor. More night lighting would be helpful. I would recommend night sky/motion sensitive lighting.
