The location aspect was out of service due to lack of WiFi on the property.
Rude attendant disregarded me twice when I called to check in on my return, as I didn't hear anything back after dropping the truck and trailer off. Still haven't heard anything about the trailer.
I was suppose to pickup the rental at 8am I confirmed everything the day prior. I arrived at 7:45am to be gone by 8 so I can meet my scheduled movers. I started the service via mobile and everything went well until the lock box ...completely rusted and could not open it. After 45 mins of uhaul calls a d no help the car wash open at 9am and a guy wearing no masked during a pandemic! Came to help...he fought with the lock saying wow this is rusted a lot and finally 15 mins more we pry it open. He then says good thing nobody is here today for uhaul to help. Now I'm over an hour away and an hour late! I finally get to Weymouth late a d my movers have taken off because I needed to move out of the apartment by a certain time and lost 2hrs! I'm not hit with a fee for the apartment and had to pay $50 each to movers I did not get to use. Now I'm $200 in the hole and moving on Monday. I had to put $10 in the gas for driving back and forth abd almost $80 for the truck total...I would like a refund for the rental since I did not get to move! Really sucks...
Worked well enough to do it again
Uhaul rep was not wearing a mask nor social distancing. Change oil light on dash message. Return procedure not explained at time of rental. Was only told to drop keys into drop box. No mention of online return procedure. Had to return to facility to share location on app and take photos of vehicle. Major pain in the ass as I had already driven home after dropping keys in drop box. Did not receive text message about return procedure until I was at home. Should be fully explained at time of pickup and return text should be sent as soon as you take possession of rental
phone app checkin was terrible.
The representative at the location wasn't wearing a fave mask.

The location was fine but the trailer wasn't maintained and didn't tow very good. I've used these trailers before and they were great. Not the case this time
All was exactly as promised so I say it is a well run depot.
Stood outside for 20 min waiting on someone to provide any customer service. When someone FINALLY came outside he said that â€œthe entire UHaul computer system was down and he couldn't help me get checked in to rent the truck. I had to take care of everything myself, luckily I had the district manager's number and he was excellent, a great help to me!
The location is basically a parking lot with a little shed but never has anyone in it. Do you have to find the one guy if he's there that runs the U-Haul part off of his cell phone. It takes at least an hour or more to pick up a rental There Twice I have showed up and they didn't have the equipment I reserved. One time I rented a 5 x 8 trailer and the guy was trying to give me a 4 x 6 and tell me it was 5 x 8. The other time I rented a 5 x 8 I arrived and there were 2 4x6 and one 6 x 12 I now have been charged extra for the 6 x 12 and an extra charge for insurance that I never OK. All of the other U-Haul places in the area are really great and I wish you could say when you reserve some thing that you didn't want to pick up at a specific location
Reduce the approval time for mobile rentals. A big selling factor is to get customers in and out quickly by completing all the prerequisite actions. I did all the steps and it still took nearly an hour of valuable time to get on with moving. I cannot recommend Your mobile process. Also, the equipment was clean but I wouldn't say it was well maintained. Vehicle steering didn't feel super safe. The vehicle had 79k miles on it.
The contactless check in did not work properly so I needed to ask for assistance from the employee on duty. She failed to wear a mask and did not keep her distance as required by state law and put me and my family at risk of contracting COVID-19.

Over charged and never answered phone. Very frustrating!
I was sent a text to drop of the truck at a specific location. I went during business hours and no one there could help. They told me to come back when someone was there but did not know when that someone would be there. I called customer service and they closed out the contract and told me a $20 fee would be waived. The next day I was the charged the $20 fee on my card. NEVER TRUST U-HAUL WITH ANYTHING THEY SAY, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING.
Location is only open from 9a-12p, I reserved the Uhaul for phone check-in and pickup. I arrived and was unable to check in via my phone and had to call uhaul, get transferred a few times and then was told that a person was supposed to be handing me the keys. Uhaul had to call the business owner, have him come to the location and give us our keys. It was a complete hassle, and this was all after I had originally booked a uhaul for a day later at a different location and they cancelled it on me because they had a shortage of trucks and had overbooked all of them, resulting in cancelling many customers orders. I was also told that if I could not get the truck from this location they would find me a truck at another location but I would be forced to pay the extra mileage.
Charging .79 per mile is outrageous when the vehicle was sitting there for the next day reservation. I was in the business for years with Ryder and no one charges .79 per mile. I will never use uhaul again. It's a shame the dealership did not give me a written statement before I drove away with the truck. The dealership knew I was going over 100 miles.
I dropped the trailer off at the correct time BUT due to the rain you closed the car wash and no one was there to accept the early return. I DO NOT want to be charged additional monies.
Granted I was early for my 10:00am pick up but the cab of the truck was filthy. The man really expected me to take such an unclean truck in the middle of Covid? I asked for another truck or to have them clean it out. They did briefly clean it but I had to spend a good hour with Lysol and windex on the cab when I got home. What really made me mad was at the last minute they changed my location pick up from right down the street to 20 minutes away in Kingston, MA and then I was given a dirty and Uncleaned truck by a man that didn't care a bit about it being dirty. He told me sometimes they just get them in and send them right out again and handed me the keys. I had to insist they get me another truck or clean it. Then once I was packing up the truck the furniture pads smelled bad and seemed uncleaned also. Something really should be said to them about cleanliness as they are located at a car wash it was really unbelievable how dirty everything was.

Communication was great via email and text, however the one thing that they did not mention was that it was a self-serve location. Sending a link to help prompt the check-in process would have been helpful. Thank you.
