The trailer needs to be serviced. One blinker wasn’t working, a side light had a wire hanging, and the trailer jack needs to be greased. I could barely get it off my truck and certainly no one was about to lend a hand. Disappointing rental for sure but I got my job done.

I have serious issue with the reservation process. I reserved a trailer based on what I have. The UHaul system allowed the reservation to go through. When I arrived, the attendant was unable to generate a contract because the UHaul system did not like the vehicle/trailer combination even though it met the tow rating requirement. If this was a problem from the outset, the reservation should have been rejected or when I was called, the service representative should have told me there would be a problem. As a result, I was delayed and had to find assistance in order to obtain the trailer. I felt the location and service at the location was great but the reservation process is sorely lacking.

I was told by customer service when renting the uhaul truck that I would be received $595.00 back into my account as a "good faith agreement" but when we reached our destination the gentlemen was not aware of any such "refund". Someone should listen to the original call and some of my other calls to hear what was told to me. I would never use Uhaul again or recommend uhaul to anyone in my family or friends. Lies, Lies, Lies. I will be notifying attorneys and the Better Business Bureau, etc. to receive the $595.00 that was promised to me. I wonder why this rating system is only on the location rather than the experience itself.

The mobile application set up needs a revision to be easier or to allow for a more advance completion. The additional questions when trying to pick up vehicles are very inconvenient and could’ve been asked prior to visit. Took an additional 20+ minutes.

I was told to return at a location (15 Marion Dr. Kingston, MA) that was closed. The owner told me to drop off at another location. Had to call UHaul to confirm this. Stressful return experience.

The truck ran fine but it had not been cleaned out inside the back of the unit . I had attempted to call the location the day before and never got anyone who would contact me so I could pick it up the afternoon before ! It is shocking to find out that the $39.95 charge per day has turned into almost double the charge ??

The location did provide the dozen furniture pads per the reservation. The attendant did nothing to help solve the issue. I called UHaul and was given a location 28 miles (round trip) out of my way to get pads. The agent on the phone refused to credit me for the mileage! Very poor customer service.

When I got to Kingston Car Wash to pick up my Uhaul there was no designated office or area to go. I had to walk into the actual car wash, got wet, and had to search for an employee. The employee had no idea what to do. I had to wait an hour after the designated reservation time to actually leave with my Uhaul. They shouldn’t be running a Uhaul business. They should Just stick to running their car wash.

Both young men at pickup and drop-off (2 different) were awesome. Both knew everything about the equipment, what I would need for my truck, and what would work. For $35 bucks this was the best moving experience I've ever had. Keep it up!

I left about $10 more gas in the tank than when I picked up the truck. Impossible to guess the exact amount of gas necessary before you drive, so easy to overfill if the tank is empty when you pickup the truck. Earlier that day, I had made an online reservation at Budget but when I arrived to pickup their truck, I was told they had NO trucks. So UHaul saved my day. Thank you UHaul.

It was a little unclear, when I arrived, who I should talk with. There was no "office" to speak of. I had to ask a couple of the employees who I should talk with, and they directed me to the manager. The location, was very convenient. The manager and employees were helpful.
