I left about $10 more gas in the tank than when I picked up the truck. Impossible to guess the exact amount of gas necessary before you drive, so easy to overfill if the tank is empty when you pickup the truck. Earlier that day, I had made an online reservation at Budget but when I arrived to pickup their truck, I was told they had NO trucks. So UHaul saved my day. Thank you UHaul.

It was a little unclear, when I arrived, who I should talk with. There was no "office" to speak of. I had to ask a couple of the employees who I should talk with, and they directed me to the manager. The location, was very convenient. The manager and employees were helpful.

The office for was in an area that non-employees are not allowed to access. When picking up the trailer, there was no printed copy of the order provided. Never received an email copy. When I went online to look at my order, I found out that damage insurance was added and I was charged for it. In the future, printed copies of the order and what was charged would be beneficial.

My U-Haul was not checked in upon drop off and the team was unable to locate the truck and claimed it had not been returned. When the truck was returned, I was charged for the mileage that was put on after I had returned it. To improve, avoid allowing this to happen again.

Remove Kingston Car wash as a choice. Zero customer service, rude personnel, the customer is interrupting their day. Refused to answer questions or help with the rental. Told me to call the 800 number. They said they just hand out keys. How do I get paid to do nothing?

The sign in process using my phone was a littlie slower than expected. I rushed to be back at 4:45 and it seemed like there were many of the same truck at the location, I wish I could have had another hour. Overall it was a great experience

Fall River told me to call Kingston to resolve the issue. Kingston told me to call the 1 800 line. The woman at Fall River genuinely seemed to be trying to resolve the issue and understood the problem. She was very nice but it’s now Saturday and I’m moving into my new home and still dealing with a truck that I dropped off Thursday night, in perfect condition, driver the exact distance I said I would drive it. Why is this such a difficult issue to resolve? Terrible communication all around EXCEPT from the woman at Fall River who at least is trying to resolve it and states she is currently working on it.

I had preordered two (2) dozen blankets. The blankets were not provided. So next time a customer reserves equipment (not only blankets), the equipment should be ready when the truck pickup occurs.

When making the reservation, it should be noted that this Uhaul station is operated by the Kingston car wash to avoid confusion. Also, I had reserved a 4x8 trailer but when I arrived I was informed that they only carry 5x8 trailers. This wasn’t a big issue, but I was already a little apprehensive about driving with a trailer and would have preferred the smaller size. Even a heads up that my reservation was changing would have been good.

I was overcharged by over $100 due to a discrepancy in the mileage used on the rental truck. Twice I tried to have this problem remedied by phone but despite promises from U-haul staff I have had no final resolution so now I have to file a dispute report with the credit card company.

The customer service at Kingston was terrific. The gentlemen I dealt with were so accommodating. Thank you very much. Also the texting alerts I received really helped.
