Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulPicked up the trailer the morning that trip began. Loaded the vehicle on the trailer and took off. On the final (3rd) day of the trip, I decided to check the brake fluid level. Upon removing the cap, I observed the reservoir was empty. Since I had some fluid, I filled the reservoir and continued on. I did this three more times, purchasing more fluid. Upon arrival at my destination and unloaded the vehicle. I looked at the inside of the wheels to find one wheel had a lot of fluid on it and the resevoir was dry. I called the issuing location and was told that they do not do repairs on the equipment, they are just a drop off and pickup location. I informed the drop-off location and received basically the same response. I had believed that equipment had been looked at previously and was in safe operating condition. I now know better and if I ever do this again, will inspect equipment before sogning for it. Rather poor business model. Possibility of major damage to vehicles and persons exists.
RON FVery helpful. Took awhile to get checked in. My complaint is with U-Haul internet service and difficulty reaching a live person to straighten out pickup location and drop off. One star for internet service.
STACI CEverything was great.
ROGER BThe Overwegs went above and beyond to help us out unlike the Uhaul location in Mitchell, SD.
