One employee was ok in terms of customer service. The other, older employee just scowled at me, didn't say a word, not nice at all. Neither one did any personal check of the vehicle, other than look at me driving it into their lot.

The van I got was very dirty and the gas was less than half tank but my email receipt was indicating more than half tank gas. I was charged for gas even though the gas wasn't the same level as they indicated.
