Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWhy is local uhaul a thing. Such a shame. I should be able to drop off my uhaul in the city I’m moving to. Also not having any trucks in the whole city for 1 way is just a scam
Salvador OI was told by a phone agent that they would help me load the car onto the trailer since I’ve never towed a car before. The person behind the counter says they don’t do that nor talked me through it. I figured it out on strapping it down. I didn’t know you could leave my type of car in park while being towed. I kept it in neutral which ran my battery down and had to get it jumped before I could unload the car. Basic info would be helpful instead of running away.
Stephen UHave a better network for the person who is handling the rental. Computer was slow, took a lot longer than expected to get completed. Our truck was clean but had various issues, windshield had a crack, dent on the side, tires looked a little worn. Would have probably asked for a different truck but we were already behind schedule. When my wife logged on to take pictures of any damages the website was not responding well.
Sophia THelpful staff. My rental went perfectly. Couldn't be happier.
