The equipment was in good condition but their ability to know where the van was after I dropped it off and left the keys in the drop box was another story. I was charged for not dropping it off. The van was in their lot. Then I was asked what location had I left the van. It took numerous conversations and a visit to that location to eventually be rectified. Disappointed

The express check-in seems to be very redundant. What’s the point of express checking in if you go in and you’re asked to provide the same information that’s provided in express check in?

O. Deal The original agreement and my plan was to drop off my grandmothers things in Tn from GA. I was told by a representative that the trailer I needed could be dropped off one way at a higher cost. We decided to drop it off on our way back to Florida to save money. My plans changed when I saw the limb that fell on her trailer and created a hole, causing her trailer to flood and become covered in mold. We then decided to bring her to FL with her things to help her. I called the next morning and was told by the store manager that I could not take that specific trailer to FL out of state one way and that I had two options ( to change trailers "with a full load" in kennasaw, or pay double price for them to come get the trailer from FL). With no other choices I decided to change trailers. They did not have one on site at 8:00Am, the manager claimed to order and reserve the trailer. I called several times throughout the day and was finally told that the trailer was at the location, I arrived approximately 20 min later at U-Haul in kennesaw, around 5:30Pm. After I signed and paid for the trailer, that was said to be there, I was told that my trailer was not there and that I had 2 choices. To get a larger heavier trailer that my truck couldn't pull for the same price or a smaller trailer for less money. We ended up being able to pack everything between the truck, trailer and other SUV after 2 hours of labor in the u-haul parking lot into a smaller 4x8 trailer. Not a single employee offered a hand and when I asked for a help due to all the issues, the manager said he'd send 2 guys out for $100 more. I spent over $300 at this location in the past 4 days. The after hours drop off on Sunday afternoon was so overcrowded there wasn't room to enter the parking lot without driving over the curb and grass. I parked the trailer I rented next to the drop off awning on Sunday evening only to receive a phone call two days later asking if I was going to return the trailer. Eventually it was worked out, but apparently your Monday check in of all the drop offs overlooked things like checking something in. Stay open later or at least have an attendant to aid in after hours drop off on the weekends and hire more people for Monday morning so little things like a trailer or a truck don't go missing for lack of some attention.

Inform them that when refueling the truck you must be seated in the driver seat in order to read the fuel gauge. When looking at the gauge from the ground level it will register as less gas then what it actually is.

There is no improvement that can be made. Even though we did not get the chance to use the appliance dolly. We rented the dolly to move a front loader washer and dryer. However, the washer and dryer did not meet our expectations so the dolly got the chance to be outside of the storage facility for a couple of hours.

We told Robert at the check in point that the Gulfport store told us that we would get a $100 refund if we dropped off by Monday at 7 a.m. . Robert told us that he would call us to let us know what the decision was. Till today we have not heard from anyone.

I returned the truck mins before the location closed and the attendant told me "park it there and we'll get it in the morning". I was charged a second day and I'm totally frustrated and will not use Uhaul in the future unless this matter is resolved quickly.

The team inside seem somewhat rude and agitated when asked particular questions. I rent equipment from this location frequently and during this visit, I was extremely disappointed with the service.

I wish there were better instructions in the email for how to use your phone to check in. I was ready to do that but when I arrived I was unsure how to use that and get keys and just take off. I waited in line at counter for several minutes.

$19 a day for a 10' truck is a misrepresentation, if not flat out false advertising. The actual rental for TEN HOURS and 2 round trips to Bells Ferry Rd (the other side of KSU) was almost $100.... but of course you knew that. ??

The truck was picked up after dark. The front window on the rental truck was extremely dirty on the inside, making it very difficult to see. I had to pull off the road immediately and attempt to clean them, but the build up was not coming off with what I had on hand to clean it. The headlights were not adjusted properly, and were aiming downward, compounding the visual impairment factor. This created a very unsafe operational condition and should be addressed expediently.

Driver side sun visor was broken. Needs to be fixed because it kept falling into my line of sight, creating a driving hazard. My wife took a short video showing this happening. I showed it to the fellow that checked me in. I just hope someone cares enough to take action to correct this for the next renter.
