The place did not have the furniture dolly which was part of my order and I had to ensure (because it wasn't in the truck) I received the utility dolly. The little man was very rude, cussing at life, with many very polarizing political statement pieces around his office.

I have rented from this location and the same individual, who may be the owner, multiple times and have received the the best service and cuts straight to it. I have probably Six U-Haul locations that are closer and that I pass on my way to this location. Give the man an award! Five Star Service Every time.
The man I interacted with was very nice and helpful, but he wasn't wearing a mask and I had to go into his office to take care of the paperwork.

Mike Blew the unit out twice. But previous user was hauling things in dirt. the unit needed to be washed out. All of the red dirt stained our mattress bad. I would like compensation of all the mattress cleaned at your expense
This location pick up was 1.5 hours away from my requested location. It had the same “area codeâ€, but was a distance from my home over a difficult terrain (twisty, high elevations etc). No “cruise control†on the vehicle, which was not user friendly as I moved From northern CA to Southern CA.
Wow! This guy keeps the place and equipment very clean he was very professional and friendly I wish all the other uhaul places can learn from this place.
I spoke with the owner before my scheduled pick up. He told me he did not have a 20 foot truck on hand and would have to fine one. He called me the day before my scheduled pick up to inform me he had a truck. We spoke about the equipment I ordered and he assured me it was ready to go for an after hours pick up. When I arrived at 6pm on Thursday the online system did not work to access the truck. I opened the back of the truck and NONE of the equipment I ordered was inside. I called Uhaul and was informed there was nothing they could do and I would have to come back the following morning. So right off the bat I lost a half day of my planned trip. I arrived the next morning to the shop and the owner was very rude and admitted he “forgot†to put the equipment in the truck. When I told him that was a big disappointment he said there was nothing he could do and would add an extra day onto my rental which did absolutely nothing to help me. I had already budgeted this trip in time and this was a problem. He did not care. I informed him the inside of the truck was filthy and he did not care and said take it or leave it, he did not care either way, he had his own problems that day. I tried to remain calm but with dealing with my father passing away and then this trip being disrupted right off the bat I was upset, especially after speaking with the owner the day before. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. Extremely poor customer service and not a care in the world for them inconveniencing you and your time.
Not their fault but did not have what I ORDERED. Very frustrating. Super nice Brian was helpful however with his hands tied.

Uhaul corporate is a bunch of fuckheads who are cavalier or worse when it comes to customer service, but the people at Mt. Konocti are peerless, absolutely the best, when it comes to taking care of the customer.
I rented a truck for about 25 hours, got charged for 48 hours. Was about an hour late returning it, even called and informed the office I was fueling up and on the way back. Will not return.
My $100. 00 deposit was NOT returned to my account! It's been a month. WTF. I've tried calling customer service CAN'T was put on hold for over an HOUR. Shitty customer service.

The truck room has a leak in it that was not known until it started raining early this morning. We found accumulated water on the floor of the cargo area near the front that caused several items to get wet or damp. It is not known yet if anything is permanently damaged until we dry everything out. The windshield wipers blades were coming apart and need to be replaced.
Everything was great got it unloaded And sleep inside thanks so much ??????
