The self checkout through the app was difficult. Would not let me upload the pictures of truck so I had to take them with my phone. Would t let me move past that step without at least one photo. Got the keys and had to leave. People meeting @11:30 to help me. Took me 30 minutes at self checkout and never completed all the steps. Couldn’t check truck back in, had to call and let them know I left the key in the lockbox because I didn’t know I needed to put them in a drop box. Uhaul Tep told me when I called. Overall the price was good tho

marlys pBetter instructions on what to expect from the website as you're dropping off the equipment. The website was confusing, and it didn't take me straight to drop off page. The lady at the desk was super friendly, but I felt she was rushing me through. Some things weren't clear.
