The uhaul truck check engine light was on when I picked up the truck. The check engine light started flashing in the middle of my trip. Driving from Houston Tx to Ohio with the check engine light flashing was very concerning. I was not sure if the truck was going to survive the trip. Apart from the check engine light flashing, the truck was making a very loud noise, not sure it was from the engine but it was very loud and made it difficult to hear the other person speaking. The windshield wipers was not working properly. In the middle of the trip it started to rain. I tried turning on the wipers but it sounded like it was scraping the window so I had to turn it off. Trying to drive in the rain with a vehicle that had flashing check engine light, with obnoxiously loud noise and wind shield wipers that was not working made my experience not good because I was too busy worrying about if the truck was going to make the entire trip. After paying almost $1500, I honestly wish that Uhaul would have given me something better. I don't see myself using uhaul next time.LEIKPELE D.
I understand nothing is perfect but a big sign showing where to drop off the keys would be of great help for other costumers... I walked around the building looking for it just to finally notice the keys on the ground due to an opening on the front door. Maybe a drop box?Fredy Q.

I rent a Uhaul trailer 3 or 4 times a year, so it's unusual when one rental experience stands out as being especially good. In this case however, they were spectacular. I rented at 7:00 am and needed to leave as soon as possible. The staff was friendly (even at 7 am) and my trailer was hooked up and ready to go by 7:15. Wow! Thanks!Gary F.
The truck was dirty when it was received ans smelled like cigarette smoke. Also, the mirrors on both side of the truck were locked in place and could not be adjusted - they only showed what was immediately to the side and rear of the truck and were worthless on the highway. I found it very difficult to drive the truck because of this and would not rent another truck with this condition.JESSE H.

Your uhaul/share is definitely not user friendly I try to use it last night and was charged $20.00 extra for attempting to do a good deed. I asked the person in charge if I could bring it a little later due for an appointment with my doctor and they said that they would charge me so I finish at 2:00am and brought it to you and got charge for it??????David O.

I was very upset that the last moment not only did our pick up location changed but the time changed. I had everything arranged and at the last minute I had to scramble. Instead of picking up 5 minutes from me. I now had to drive 30 minutes out of my way, while passing several U-Haul places. Plus an hour later then I scheduled for.
