There is no signs telling you where to park the truck. The Uhaul business is next to a laundry mat but there's no way inside the business. The door was locked but it said open. I attempted to call the office but they didn't answer. Luckily they saw me sitting outside and they came out of the building to help. Definitely won't be returning to this location

The rental process was very good. They were very helpful, professional and courteous. The only issue is the location - it was a little difficult to get the trailer in and out, Otherwise- very good.
Terry BThe only complaint that i have is that i was charged incorrectly for gas mileage, when put that gas I used back where it was left on , and still was charged, was 30dallars !!! Felt very ripped off there was no need to place it if was still going to be charged
RHONDA TEvery week I rent a Uhaul because I am a DJ and I transport my equipment every week to my events with Uhaul trucks. I purchased private insurance so I wouldn't have to pay double for U-Haul insurance. I told the agent not to charge me for insurance since I already have insurance. 1. He charged me for the insurance even though he said he wouldn't. 2. He charged me for 3 days and I picked it up on Saturday 3/1 at 9:00 am and returned it on Sunday 3/2 at 9:00 pm. That would be 2 days and you charged me for 3. Please refund me all charges and taxes
