Very thankful for Claycomo U-haul. Fast and easy rental. Reasonable and the truck was clean…just what I needed. Kept truck much longer than needed…they didn’t stress me. Better than other U-haul stores I dealt with. Would use again and recommend this particular location. Thank you Alex!!!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI was told that the truck I rented had cruise control. Regrettably it did not and I drove the truck over 600 miles with no cruise control. Also, there was a vacuum leak in the Air conditioning system, when I accelerated the air was pushed out of the defroster into the windshield and when I let off the gas the air-conditioned air came the correct vents.
Michael SMy original desired pickup location was changed. Then I spent 45 minutes attempting to pick up the truck but the owner said I had to use the app to do it myself. The app did not function properly. I gave it all permissions for location geolocation or what ever it was. But then I was able to take the truck. Then when I was finished with the truck I went back into the app to get the drop-off locations address. It prompted me with would you like to use Google maps? Which i chose yes. It took me 25 miles away from the actual drop-off location into a random neighborhood. So I had to drive another 25 miles to the actual drop-off location. And then the app still did not work and I had to leave the keys in the drop-off.
