Jon DThe location had no signage on the building to indicate it was a legitimate UHaul facility. You have to enter the hotel and wander around wondering if you're in the right place. The hotel staff at the desk were unpleasant, difficult to understand and not knowledgeable about the product or process of renting. they were unable to set me up with a return facility. In addition, the hotel lobby itself is hot, humid and smelled bad.
Andrea FTreat your customers with respect and do not mistreat your customers. They did not go out there with me to the truck that I was renting. They helped other people while I was standing in line 1st to be helped. I have never been treated so harshly disrespectfully by U-Haul this is the first time and I will get with someone that will handle the situation that I was mistreated and push to the side why they handled other customers I was talked to very poorly, and I have witnesses that was in line saying that they are very poorly handling one person at a time in line very disrespected. I would never use this location again and I will never recommend anyone and I will be getting in touch with someone that can handle this situation the way that I was handled very poorly, very disrespectful and very discrimination very poorly service. It was like having none at all never have experiences with any other U-Haul locations.
