Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulIt was on a slant, so the trailer would've slid away down the parking lot if I didn't fortunately have wood blocks in my trunk. Don't know if there's a place to add this, but the fact that the truck didn't have cruise control was really annoying, considering the length of the trip. I will be checking with other moving companies in the future to see if their trucks have cruise control or not.
JEREL FMy overall experience went well but the Uhaul app is so useless. So many steps just to get a truck you already booked. Just go in person
Brenna RPickup was great, attendant was very nice and helpful! Only issue I had was the truck gas level was not full when I picked it up- no problem- but I filled it to above where it was when I picked it up from this location, but I was still charged extra for gas when I returned it. I took a picture of the dash when I first got in, showing gas level and mileage, if you want to see it.
