Why would I be allowed to reserve a 10’ truck at a location that doesn’t have one? The only good part of my experience was the customer service, as the person working with me did their best to accommodate me, but it was extremely inconvenient. Really disappointing.

I was overcharged by one day and the money was never refunded to me. The app, along with the instructions wasn’t clear. I returned the Uhaul after 4 hours, in the same day and was charged another day for both insurance and rental. I called for a refund and was never called back by the owner. The worker who checked me in was super helpful and even called to tell me they were closed but the app said I could come anytime and pick up the U-Haul. There was a ton of confusion!

My move was a last minute operation and the stress level was high. The two ladies that helped me were helpful, calming and knew how to disarm a melt down. Very professional but also sincere. The uhaul app is so useful and easy to use as well. If you need help/ movers , Mario Brothers in the group of helpers you can choose that are great. They helped me . Again a big thank you!

I didn't actually get the truck from here because the padlock didn't work that had the key in it. So I had to drive across town to get a truck from a different location.

This retailer is very dishonest. I was charged for 3 more miles actually driven. Also I was charged for a cleaning fee (an additional $25) when the van indeed clean when I returned it. I sent them photos that took at the end of my rental period as this store was closed on sunday. They told me that my picture would not accepted as proof that the van was clean when returned. The pictures were clear and from every angle. The manager refused to speak with me on the phone and did not send me any pics of a dirty van as I requested. Probably cause non exist. Iv never had a dishonest experience with uhaul till now.
