Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWhen taking a U-haul long distance, I would assume CRUISE CONTROL would be included! Driving 14 hours without it was NOT EASY. Also, as a Canadian driver, I would have appreciated a vehicle with METRIC as the main display unit. Trying to figure out mileage was NOT EASY. The truck itself served our purposes well. There were a few conveniences that I would have expected in a long-haul truck.
Carmen Konestly, the double standard here is frustrating. It feels completely unfair that I get charged for a whole extra day just for returning the truck one hour late, yet I received zero compensation for all the wasted time during pickup. They "recommend" showing up an hour early, but I arrived 10 minutes prior—which is usually plenty of time. When I tried to pick up the truck, the key wasn’t where it was supposed to be, and the lockbox was completely empty. I spent around 10 minutes waiting for customer service on the chat while there was nobody at the front desk. Eventually, an employee showed up and realized the key was placed in locker #1 instead of locker #3. To top it off, the truck was very dirty and even had spiderwebs inside, yet they strictly demand that customers return it spotless. Zero flexibility for the customer despite their own mistakes and poor vehicle condition.
FERNANDO AI did not deal with this place as the truck was delivered there and we drove it a block to our other storage unit we had to get as this particular place did not answer their phones when I tried calling to make arrangements and there was nobody there when the truck got dropped off. Therefore I had to go To another storage unit company. Overall Not a good experience period
Connie HThis location is very small and tight. Really there was no room for my trailer. I didnt feel confident backing it up into a praking space. But I did it. This is not a good location to drop off trailers.
