The manager was extremely RUDE and charged us for insurance AFTER WE TOLD HIM WE HAD OUR OWN. AND WHEN CALLED ON IT HE POINTED OUT SEE WHERE YOU SIGNED....THEN SAID HE DIDN'T CARE....70.00 needs to be reimbursed to our church account.

The guy at the counter was a little on the abrasive side.. My wife said his shirt said general manager. I told him I didn't need insurance, but I was charged for it anyway. (I wonder why it was higher than I thoight). The kid was great when we returned the trailer.

The day before we needed our rental, we went in and reserved a trailer. When we went to pick the trailer up, the wrong type of trailer had been reserved, and the reservation had been canceled without notice because we were supposedly supposed to pick up the trailer at 7 a.m., though this was not communicated to us. The trailer we needed, which was parked right in front of the entrance, was said to be reserved already. The employee helping us was not willing to help us find an alternative. We left frustrated, but as it was 4th of July, no other trailer rental facilities were open. I got online and reserved the same trailer I needed and prepaid, and we went back to pick the trailer up. The same employee argued about the availability of the trailer, and said that even though we had placed a two-day rental, we could only have it for just under 24 hours because it was needed by someone else.

I had one of the worst experiences ever with this location. First, I had a reservation for a 10 foot truck and when I called to confirm the next week, I was told they didn't have any 10 foot trucks but they had a 15 foot truck, so I reserved it. I had to postpone my reservation until the following week and I never received a confirmation call, so I went to the location to confirm, they had the reservation for a 20 foot truck. They did find a 10 foot truck at the 32nd street location to pick up, and I was told there is no one there on the weekends, so they'd leave the keys in a lock box. I was told to get online and put in my information and I would get the verification code for lockbox. When I got on line, It said my account can't be found, so I tried to call customer service but could never get through. I went up to the 7th street location on Saturday, June 30th to make a payment since I couldn't do it online. I was very rudely told that they couldn't take a payment from another location and asked if I called customer service. I said that I did but couldn't get through so and was rudely told that it's a holiday weekend so it's no wonder and then the general manager just told me to call them again. He was very rude, so I stepped outside and called and talked to someone who did help me with taking a payment over the phone, getting my verification code. I was asked if there was an agent there and told her that I was treated very badly, the guy was very, very rude and I want to file a complaint. I was told that she would turn the complaint in to the general manager and I said that it was the general manager who treated me so rudely, Eric Werzberger. I was then told that she would turn in the complaint to his supervisor. I was appalled at how rude Eric was, he didn't try to help, just acted like I was stupid and didn't try to help and ignored me. He was very unprofessional, rude and I can't believe that someone in customer service would mistreat customers. I would never use this location again or recommend to any of my friends or family. I do hope that filing a complaint against him will bring something out of this horrible experience.

I have rented trucks and vehicle tow trailers from here. Everything has been very good and all employees have treated me like I was the most important person there (when I've had to wait a couple minutes, I played attention to them treating the folks they were helping as the most important!!!) I reserved a one way trip online and confirmed it with the guy at the shop. I got a call the day after I was suppsoed to return the truck at any Uhaul location (which I did return it on the day I was supposed to) and I was asked where the truck was, I told them that I reserved it as a one way and for a little bit we were having trouble getting it all squared away. We finally got it figured out but somehow they failed to properly mark that I had a one way trip.

The location was fine, but the young man that was helping us did not seem to know what he was doing. Not sure if he was qualified. The trailer dolly that we ordered-large, was crossed off and a medium trailer dolly was substituted. We had problems the entire 1000 mile plus trip from Joplin to Queen Creek. The towed car kept popping out of the wheel wells, causing one side or the other tire to become unstrapped. We had to stop many times to restrap, or tighten the straps. I can send pictures of the resulting off balance we encountered many times when we stopped to check. We did talk to someone in Customer Service on Sunday, June 10 asking for another trailer, but the only place that might have had one was 180 miles out of our way. The person in Customer Service told us to save the Gas, Hotel, and Restaurant receipts and turn them in for reimbursement. Please let me know who I would contact to take care of this.
