Better explain how storage is set up.



The manager refused to unhook the auto transport from the truck... he told that he cannot unhooked the auto transport and I told him that I am not touching the auto transport because I wasn’t trained to perform that task and Uhaul Brockton told me not to touch the car. He finally unhook the auto transport. Best, Pierre

Micheal Ripple tried to give me the truck without insurance! And when i asked him “is the total with insurance?” He tried to blame it on me and he said “ you don’t really need it.” With a laugh!! Then i told him that I’m going out of town and he said “i will leave a note that we aren’t gonna charge you for ny damages.” Then i said “sorry, I don’t take word for that, either give me the insurance or give me a damages waiver so if anything happens I won’t be charged.” Then he got mad and gave my contact to someone else after he messed up the transaction many times! And chargeed me twice for the same truck. Nonetheless, i booked a pickip truck and they gave me a 15’ truck! After all of that, they didn’t have the audacity to say sorry or even fix it! I’m sick of this nonsense!

Should let customers know they dont prorate on weekly rentals when they tell they do and yyou rush to get done to save money only to find out they charge y ou full rate. Kinda misleading. Thank you. Sttioll az great experience.

When I came to pick up the truck as scheduled after hours (and after calling that day to make sure all was well and being assured the truck was there and the keys would be), I showed up and after an hour with customer service discovered that the keys were not placed out for me so the equipment was not showing up as available. Could just be an honest mistake, but that's what happened. Then when I returned it the next day (after picking it up early that morning), I had problems with the mobile drop-off program. Everything resolved so all is well, but it was not a great experience.

Not location fault but Uhaul reps & car compatibility sites fault. The car I was towing was said to be compatible with the dolly but when loading onto dolly the bottom half of front bumper was ripped off by the ramp of the dolly.... waiting for this to be made right and replacement of my bumper.

It would have been nice to get a free dolly to use during my cross country move, however the overall U-Haul experience was excellent and the truck ran perfect throughout the 2100 mile move!

Actually yes and no, I called yesterday the first time spoke with a very snotty woman that informed me that a quote could only be given by e-mail and while giving her my e-mail was hung up on, told my husband, said he got the same woman a few days before I called, so I called back and spoke with a very nice woman, Lynn, said, that a quote could be made over the phone and she did give me the info that I needed, very helpful, and then I called back and changed my rental to last night instead of Sunday, and that lady was great, but that first one was very rude, didn't want to answer questions and myself and husband were both hung up on, on two different days, I would rate it excellent and friendly if that first woman hadn't been involved, but her attitude made it difficult for us. we almost went to another rental a couple of blocks down but had used this store numerous times and always been happy I honestly don't know how to rate it, because of the first woman I want to say very poor, but the other 3 that helped us on phone and at the locaation was excellent.

Staff was very rude and impatient. If you rent from this location, and I suggest you don't, make sure you confirm the equipment number on the contract matches the actual equipment you are renting. Right tail light was out on the trailer we rented. Seems like that should have been realized as part of a standard safety check before renting out to the public.



Service was fine but every time the billing is all wrong. We were charge for insurance on a previous rental and never got that resolved because no one ever got back with us. This time we were charged twice and incorrectly! I will be disputing these transactions with American Express.

Rental truck bed had 1 to 3 inches of ice in it. Took longer to clean it out than to load and unload



I cannot make a suggestion because I have always been treated really Good and I am not disgruntled. So I find this non productive question. You should first aske me how I felt, than if I feell then ask for improve or not needed when there is no problem.
