this year, 2017, I had this U Haul dealer install a tow hitch and wire harness on my truck. Well this past trailer rental one of the service tech connected the wire harness incorrectly and it broke in half. His coworker noticed the lights out before I drove off and made a temporary fix with wire slinters and electrical tape. The following day I brought it to the managers attention and he said he would fix it. At the time I wasn't able to wait to have the wire harness replaced which is what I am expecting. Hopefully that is the manager thought process as well.

The no-line check out app didn't work. The staff did not even try to assist me. It took over 20 minutes before I said forget it and still had to go to the counter to check out the truck. The staff was just plain unfriendly. I felt like I was bothering them from cheking their phone and asking for help. Moving is already stressful. A smile and customer service would sure make it easier vs MORE stressful.

They had no clear answer for why i had to pay 12.75 for three gallons of gas when i didnt even use a full gallon. The van was 20mpg, i used 13 miles and yet they insisted that i needed to replace three miles worth.

We have used this location for years, but the last few experiences have been awful. The staff are sluggish and don't seem to want to work. They are not courteous or helpful. The contract did not agree with the gas gauge on the vehicle. The staff refused to change it and said we were wrong. The vehicle was filthy.

Have the truck ready when u say was going to be ready at the appointed time for pick up. what's the purpose of a reservation when the vehicle or no one is there to give u the key. I got the vehicle an hour later and was late to my designated appointment, had to drive fast, safety and to a different location to pick up my item because I did not make my designated appointment at the original pickup site due to the truck was not set up like it was supposed to have been. I spent $82 for the van for only 1 item I needed to pickup and waste my time by adding more miles to the rental to get my item from another location due to I miss the appointment waiting for UHAUL to open an hour later when my reservation was at 8am. THIS IS NOT GOOD, UHAUL IS DOING TOO MUCH TOO FAST AND NOT HAVING THE PLAN PROPERLY PLANNED OUT. Call me if u may. Lieutenant Bradford /anytime about this matter
