Brittany Williams extended herself beyond what i believe most would do in this day in age to resolve my problem in a quick, cordial and professional manner. My drop-off location was not open and the security fencing around that facility prevented my client drop-off / check-in. I found the location Brittany worked, called and asked if i could drop of my trailer with her. She said she couldn't pull it up and suggested i self drop-off / check-in. When i explained i could get on site to self drop-off / check-in. She said she would see and call me back. Before i could finish a breakfast sandwich i had with me, she had made her call and called me back. On a day that wasn't looking promising, she spent extra effort to provide assistance that i was in desperate need of.... Thank you Brittany...Howard

Due to system errors I was charged twice from your company at this location. While in the store customer service was called. I was informed that only one charge had gone through, but my bank statement and the bank itself said differently. At any other point in my life this wouldn't be a big deal so, I would wait for the charge to fall off. However, we're in a global pandemic, I'm moving to a different state, and the money taken at the moment was from my very last paycheck due to me being on unpaid furlough. I moved on hope and prayer with no additional finances due to your system error. I'm sure this doesn't happen often, but it was a major inconvenience at this time.

Abril was great! She took care of us in minutes after the UHaul dealer in Jonesboro screwed up our reservation and treated us like trash. I will use this location again and again and highly recommend it to everyone!

The customer service was excellent. It was the truck that was extremely difficult to drive. The Uhaul truck drove like it was a standard shift with transmission trouble and the brakes were just bad.

Mike and the young lady were great. I'm in the process of moving to Jonesboro. I needed a dolly. Mike assisted with putting in my very packed car. I returned it an hour or so later and it was raining. He saw me pull up and came out to get it so I wouldn't get wet. Fortunately the rain was a drizzle and neither of us got wet. Great customer service from both employees. And it was a pleasure to work with them. I definitely will be recommending them to friends and when all my houses and their contents are moved here if we require rental storage I'd definitely use the Neil rd location.

Equipment failure hitch latch lock did not work properly allowing trailer to come loose from ball while traveling down highway luckily saftey chains worked but electrical extension came loose so was unable reconnect brakes i was able to reattach trailer and limp to closest uhaul dealer to turn in trailer

This rental was a huge hassle which in turn cost me time and money for my art business. My reservation was for a 6x12' enclosed trailer for 7am Friday morning at 1700 redwolf boulevard. When I arrive to pick up my trailer I was informed that all of their 6x12' trailers along with anything of similar size was already reserved and that I would need to go to another location (1020 Neil drive Jonesboro) however that location did not open until 8am. I agree and wait until 8am when that is actually the time I needed to be leaving town. Once I arrive, I am also informed that they do not have any 6x12' trailers. They did have a 5x10' which I agreed to rent. This trailer appears to be a very old trailer and they could not get the lights to work until changing out the wiring harness which took even more time and didn't help that I was already running behind. Once I get the trailer home to load my art, I suppose it had a leak because there was standing water on the inside of the trailer which I had to clean up. This is the first time I've ever written a review of any sort but I felt that this experience could not have been much worse. A phone call or a prompt that the desired trailer wasn't available could have saved me considerable time and money.
