this guy is a ripe off. charged me $577 for one day rental and gave me directions to the dupe to get rid of the previous users junk left on the truck
Do not use convince stores not experienced with U-haulrental
Took 50 minutes at the dealer to check out because the computer would not complete the original online reservation and a new one had to be created. We have used this dealer in the past with no issues and we figure that this rental mishap was a fluke.
Buckles were rusty. Very hard to lock and unlock
I was not allowed to rent the trailer I needed because the â€œcomputerâ€ recommended something different. ðŸ–•
The best Uhaul experience I've ever had. The agents were proficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly.
Clerk was rude and not helpful. Told me two ball faced lies and then acted like she was doing me a favor by renting me the truck.

Service was a little slow due to the fact there was one person to run the convince satire and so he was covering both the uhaul and the store made for a longer wait. But I guess it couldn't be helped.
Dealt with rep over the phone but it all worked well. Had I not been experienced with this trailer type, it might have been helpful to have someone there to ensure everything was connected properly.
When we called to reserve, the attendant didn't have time to talk to us. So I went online to reserve.
Tires needed air and after putting air in the tires still couldn't get low air light to go off.
Trick was very dirty power steering very loud heard to turn brakes were loud was scared I was gonna get hurt and not stop also when driving the whole truck shook out of control on the high way
I was overcharged, total for initial pick up should've been should've been about $188.04 (base price $99. + extra day $40. + coverage for 2 days total of $28, not $56..). Request this be fixed and appropriate credit of $60.99 be applied to my card.
The agent said my "trailer was not on his list" and took my papers into the store. After 20 minutes I got tired of waiting and went into the store to see what the hold up was, only to find that the agent had left and given my papers to cashier at the counter and said "to give them to us if we came in. He didn't bother coming out to tell us that the vehicle had been "checked in". Later when he did show up, I asked him why he didn't have the courtesy to come out and tell me that we were checked in, his answer was "you should receive an email". I asked him "Do I look like I'm sitting at my computer checking my email?" The trailer was not equipped with a tongue jack to lift the tongue off of the tow vehicle. All of the Uhaul agents that I spoke to, acknowledged that it was the responsibility of the Uhaul agent to unhook the trailer from the tow vehicle, but he refused saying it was my responsibility. I am recovering from shoulder surgery and not allowed to lift heavy weights. My wife is not physically strong enough to lift the tongue of trailer either. After three hours of listening to lies from their "Customer Service" people. we resolved the issue ourselves.and left. Their Customer Service department will tell you any lie necessary to get you off of the phone. One of the many things that you will hear as you are waiting to talk to a live person, is that the conversation will be be recorded and that if you ask the agent, they will send you a copy. We asked .... it was another lie. Once they have your money, they will say anything they need to to get you off of the phone. Example: I will have the District Manager look into this and call you in just a few minutes. It never happened even though we were promised this three times. They will say anything to get you off of the phone once they have your money and will not compensate you in any way for your frustration or delays.
I was sent confirmation the day I made the reservation on line for a specific location. Two days later I get an email telling me a different pick up location that was 20 miles away. When I went to pick up, the truck had so many bugs on the windshield that I hardly could see. The sweet girl trying to register my pick up, after I did it all on line, had no idea what she was doing and she was tryin to wait on customers. In the end, I was charged for 6 miles over my contract mileage. NEVER AGAIN
Im very upset about the rate, i had a trailer for less than 24hrs and it cost $200.
Personal at location did not know how to take hitch off the vehicle.
Extremely nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable in the U-Haul rental equipment.
The cargo area had to be cleaned by us before we could use the truck. The location we used moved our reservation without telling us, which added 12 miles to the rental and caused us to pay an additional $12 dollars, and wasting an hour of our day. I tried to call customer service and was transferred twice before being put on eternal hold. I hung up after 30 minutes because we still had a move to do. I wish I could rate this experience as zero stars.
Better signage in the front indicating location name. Gas station is not an Amoco. Otherwise easy to deal with. Thanks
We saved some money returning the trailer Jasper instead of Ellijay. It's convenience store with handles U-Haul on the side, but the service in making our return was as good or better than most full-time U-Haul storefronts. We also like this store is open seven days a week.
Everything about the rental went perfect. Never a question, always the best!!! Thank you for your service!!
