Was suppose to get the truck for the price of the 15’ because they only had the 26’ at this location but he could change the price so now I have to wait for a refund from U-Haul which I think is crazy I should not have had to pay the full price and then now wait for a refund of $195

Do not rent uhaul equipment from there. They make your reputation seem terrible. Truck had motor oil spilled in the back. The hand truck was bent and rusted and scratched my brand new floors. The truck barely had half a tank when i picked it up. They're obviously using the equipment/trucks for other purposes when it's not rented out. I also called and messaged them before pickup and I could not get them on the phone.
Stephen CAs soon as we drive off the parking lot the check engine light came on! I was upset to begin with that I made a reservation 3 weeks in advance NOT from this location and had to drive 15 miles one way to pick this up and then back to my Uhaul storage unit that was in Middleburg! I was upset and I thought he said he’d take $50 off the rental and give us extra mileage but we only got the discount. It ended up being about 33 miles to get to our storage until and back and then we ran into accidents that took us 3 hours out of our way in Georgia! So I was charge an extra $111 for mileage!
Andrew KWorst location/experience EVER. Do not give this location your time or business the guy running this place is a total ignorant jerk! Had a trailer to return, was given the ok from the folks at the main scheduling line and after dropping it off and doing the proper check in procedure the crazies began. This guy from the location began calling me blowing my phone up to tell me that we did not have permission to drop the trailer there, he was calling the police on us for trespassing and reporting the trailer as abandoned if we did not return immediately to pick it up. I'll keep my comments PG here but he was one hell of a turd to say the least. Yelling at me, not letting me talk to the point I had to hang up on this guy. I phoned the main number for Uhaul and explained the situation which they acted on quickly. I appreciate Uhauls response and am usually 100% satisfied with all their neighborhood locations but I warn you to avoid this location at all costs.
