check in was good and the lady was courteous and prompt and thorough . The location was clean but certainly not a state of art facility
Janice F.Rental of 5x8 trailer from Dunnellon Florida on Friday afternoon on March 31st, 2023. Brought items to my sons new house in Jacksonville. Went to this location to return uhaul on Saturday April 1st, 2023. Muscular black man said where to park the trailer. Said I was all set. Someone doesn't know how to check in a return. All kids of issues including texts and email that the return is overdue when they got it back 2 days early. Then try to bill me 4 extra days. No, no, no, no. wrong. I should give a poor review but people make mistakes. This Veteran is on meds.........thanks alot for my anxiety and billing issues I'll need to clear up. Hopefully people will get better service in the future. As for me.......if I need uhaul in the future it will only be from 4 stars and above both picking up and dropping off. God Bless America! We need it.

Stevie G.No one was on site to handle U-Haul transactions. The vehicle trailer I rented was decent but the ratchets where extremely rusty and barely worked.
