My experience with uhaul was very bad at the least! I picked up the rental at 9 am on 8-19-18 from the gentleman (very nice) i asked him if he had a storage unit for rent the bonus bonus said yes. Called back 30 minutes later was told by a different person that was not available?? So i had to call several times. Shop around until I found one on blanding Blvd. I talked to a person named Luke. By this time it was too late to get my rental unit back. Had to call and explain that. When I got to the location on 103rd st the code that Luke gave me for gate to open wouldn't work! I called back they then put me on hold for a long period. I finally got in from the help of a customer. There is no one an employee on site. I started unpacking. I had to call back several times for a code still no help!! By the time I talked to someone that i thought would help the place was closed!!!!! Now granted I've been unpacking for 3 hours in 90 degree heat no water!! When i go to leave the premises the gate wouldn't open?? I called uhaul i finally got a hold of someone i thought would help open the gate. They couldn't help either!! They had to call someone to come help me said they would be there in 30 minutes??? Finally after waiting. I found someone to come help me out still thirsty. Still no call back from uhaul this morning 8-20-18. Now they want to charge my account $91.00???? Still no code?? No apologies?? Come on really?? No reimbursement?? Now let me ask you would you recommend this to you're friends???

I returned the equipment in the manner it was given to me several hours before it was due back. Not to mention this was the 4th of aug 2018 that i chkd it out and returned it on the 5th @ 6:18 Am it wasnt due til 8 they still charged me for two days and took the money out of my accout five days later which over drafted my account.. Ill never do business with the business again to many mistakes on their ends which caused alot of inconveniences on my end

Since I dropped it off after hours whoever checked me in changed the gas reading and charged me for fuel. Luckily I always take pictures now I have to wait 2 weeks for my money back

I rented a car transport. When I loaded the transport one of the tires was flat and had a hole in it. I returned to the location. They set up a new transport. When I loaded my car the tongue was not tight. This damaged my truck. The salesman and it was his fault. He told me to have a nice day. I asked him about the damage to my truck. He told me to call the uhaul 800 number. I think they should have completed a report. I want them to fix my truck.

This is the 2nd time this has happened: The truck wasn't "checked in" so I get a phone call asking me when I'm returning it. I physically handed the keys to a staff person yesterday afternoon - prior to close of business. There was a line so I didn't wait. It's a corporate account, I knew they would check it in and send the bill. I guess now I have to wait for them to close it out in front of me to ensure I don't get called AGAIN asking me when I'm bringing the truck back. Somewhat annoying.
