Pick up went fine drop off was poor waited 35 minutes before I was told to go inside to drop off was second in line. There is sign in the drop off lane that clearly says stay with equipment and wait for help when someone else came up behind me ask how long I had been waiting I said 35 minutes I was second in line the man cleaning trucks told me we had to go inside I go inside now there are 10 people in line trying to rent WHY HAVE A Sign Yes this left me with a not so warm and fuzzy feeling I got there 15 before 9.00 AM you can keep the extra day rental even though I turned in a day earlier but Please take down those Signs thanks Danny

Wait time was ridiculous. I also made a reservation online and completed it fully with my DL and credit card info. When I was finally helped, they asked for all of that information over again, though they easily found my reservation.

Not enough employees at this location. Safety locks were broke on the wheel strap that holds the car on the dolly. No signage telling customers how to bring equipment back.

Wait was unacceptable. Not enough employees behind the counter. Person from the back had to come out to help me and didn’t know the computer very well. Also your program is outdated and needs an upgrade badly!

Well I believe in good customer service and when I walk in the door you should be greeted not have to stand for 15 to 20 minutes because there's only one person working there was another person and she told me that she was very busy outside when I seen her standing by her truck smoking a cigarette I've been using U-Haul for a long time and I feel like someone needs to be working in the front of the business when customers come in to greet them it's hard enough already to have to rent U-Haul to move or to do things and then come in and have to stand there and wait 30 minutes to an hour to leave and get a dirty vehicle this location is very relaxed and everybody seems like okay I'm just going to do my job when I feel like it that's the impression that I got because they were busy talking in an office talking and a lady kept passing by going in and out and kept telling me it'll be just a minute she said she'll be out in a minute she'll be out in a minute to talk to you ma'am I'm like really very very poor customer service so I really have to think about coming back to this location because they need to also make sure the vehicles are cleaned they want me to have full insurance all these things but want to give me a dirty banged-up vehicle so I really have to think about coming back to this location because the one in mandrin they're very professional they greet their customers at the door and they walk through and see the whole vehicle so I think the store needs some more professionalism not let's just a visit and talk to each other during our shift so thank you for whoever reads this because I do care about coming to U-Haul I've been coming to U-Haul for many years

The van I had smelled really bad -like dead fish to be exact. It took the representative so long to get me checked me in, I was just ready to get going with my move. When I got in the van I got sick.

Although yesterday was a holiday (Veteran's Day) and most of the U-Haul staff was out of office, my experience was excellent at this location. The counter team member that assisted me was fantastic, polite and very knowledgeable. She handled the line of customers professionally and kept everyone informed of the timeframe before she could assist them. I will always return to this location for this level of excellent customer service!

We paid for ball/rod prior but no record was shown so we double paid. Called for refund, call transferred and then disconnected. Still need refund.

The Customer Service Reps were very warm and friendly. I explained my situation to them by showing them the quote for $200 and then showing them the bill for $500. They directed me to the 1-800 number to dispute the charges. They told me bc they seen the quote for $200 and that should have been honored not the 250% increase call the number and dispute the up charge.
