Owner told me that excess money would be refunded for miles and days not used on contract. Turns out to have been completely false and will not be picking up again. Also the gas station was completely unsanitary.
Colby SCashier at pick up knew nothing about U-haul rentals, she even told me they dont do that there. I pointed to the trucks and said clearly you do. I showed her my confirmation email with the address and then said let me find you someone else. They next cashier knew nothing and could not answer my questions, only hand me keys and collect payment. Had I known I wasn't picking up at an actual U-haul I would not have rented period.

Lawanda JI picked the truck up with 1/4 tank of fuel and returned it with a half tank of fuel and was not recompensed the cost of the extra fuel I left in the truck. There was no way to upload the picture of the fuel gauge to prove I returned it with more gas than I picked it up with. Upon picking up the truck there was a lack of communication. Language barrier was the main issue as the proprietor was not on site and had his wife trying to complete the transaction via 3-way phone call. It was not the best dealings I've had in my past experiences with other UHaul locations.
