The truck I got had 98,000 miles on it and the right side window or door whistled so loud I wanted ear plugs. I couldn't listed to or hear the radio. It was a long 9 hour trip.

It stated online the location was open, and when I arrived it was not. It was 10am. Outside of the location was a ton of trash and it was just not appealing at all. Thank goodness I was able to return via the website and app. So helpful and very easy!
The truck was dirty on the inside. Food crumbs, Dried mud and it had a bad odor.
Poor customer service. Did not offer to help for putting equipment on vehicle.
Recycling and/or trash receptacle.

This has nothing to do with the location where I picked up the truck, but the UHaul app itself. The app seems to have added "SafeMove" to my order, without my knowledge, when I specifically removed SafeMove from my order when I originally placed it online. This is a ripoff and it's very dishonest on the UHaul corporation's part. Please be honorable and refund me the money you charged me for SafeMove.
Online on the U-Haul website it should say this location is a self service, self-check in. I was under the impression the â€œofficeâ€ opened at 9am and that I would be talking to a representative in person. It was challenging to stumble into a series of online questions and qualifications without prior knowledge Luckily I had everything I needed with me and was able to proceed. Everything went smooth from there
They made drop-off extremely quick and easy.
I called this location two weeks prior to my pickup and was told there was no trailers available. The same trailers I tried to rent sat for 2 weeks untouched. It was obvious that these trailers were unused because I drive by the location every day and saw they were snow covered and undisturbed. I could have completed my trip earlier if I would have been given the trailer when I asked for it
Check engine light was on when I picked it up, gas tank was empty, low washer fluid, and I had to wait 30 minutes by phone for customer service who could not help me. I was unable to get the key code for an hour and a half.
Key drop was easy to find and signage was there to remind us to do the electronic check-in prior to putting the contract and key in the drop box..
The second truck I rented was not available for pick up the day of my reservation.
The 6'x12' trailer is quite heavy to lift off the hitch. Other than that, the self return process was good, including the myuhaul.com app.
The location was clean and easy to get to but the after hour drop off instructions at the location were a little confusing. I would use them again but I might call during business hours for drop off clarification.
Drop off went smoothly.
Equipment was well maintained but not clean when we picked it up. The fact that we were traveling 1400+ miles made this a non-issue for us, however. We do have a billing issue and have opened a ticket with U-Haul. provided the background and other details in a call with U-Haul today. I would offer one suggestion for consideration - with the emphasis on conservation, having cruise control in your longer haul vehicles would make a significant contribution to this effort. Thank you.

Great rental was quick and I was on my way.
The reserving process went fine and I used your Express Online Check-in System which was very easy and efficient. After that, I thought the system could not be any easier. Unfortunately, when I received my email confirmation, it did not include the pick up location in Jackson and after making a number of telephone calls, I was able to confirm the pick up location. Thereafter, no problem with the pick up as I received a telephone call advising with the location of the truck and location of the key. Unfortunately my problems with this region started after dropping the truck off in Park City when I received a telephone call from UHaul Regional Office asking me for my credit card. First of all, I never give out credit card information over the phone to someone I don't know. Second, I was surprised by her request since I prepaid the cost when I registered online so UHaul already had my credit card information. Once she accepted the fact that I was not going to provide her c/c info, she asked me for my address. I refused for the same foregoing reason but eventually gave her my home phone number which I regret doing so. I may say so, renting a UHaul truck so be as easy as renting a car today. In conclusion, I have made a note to check my c/c going forward to making sure there are no additional charges.
I dropped off the trailer after-hours, and so had no interaction with the Jackson, WY branch. But the Representative who took my call was quite helpful and professional.
Pay more attention when I drop off a trailer. Not very happy I was charged for a second day and didn't have it.
