Everything was great.
I am BEYOND disappointed with this company and I will NEVER EVER use them again. In fact, I have friends moving soon and I convinced them to use Penske instead! Our first issue, we reserved our uhaul DAYS in advance. A rep never contacted us the night before (as promised). My husband then shows up at 6am (the agreed time for our rental) and there's not one available!! He and I are both on hold with Uhaul for a good 20 minutes before someone actually answers and says, " there's nothing she can really do..." which resulted in us looking at every other location and also pushed to debate driving 2 hours away just to do business with Penske!!! We waited around until 8 when the office opened only to be referred to a Uhaul pickup 45 minutes away. At this point, we've lost our movers (2 hour time frame) and still haven't gotten a truck. When my husband called to talk to someone about possibly reimbursing us for the money lost, they stated they "didn't have any promos for the summer" this had nothing to do with a promotional! They should have reimbursed us for the miscommunication and lack of professionalism!! ..and yet you guys still charged us for every single penny. Unbelievable. I would like to be contacted by someone in your company IF anyone cares to correct this issue.

Facilities we're top-notch and staff was professional in every sense of the word! Truly a pleasure doing business with the folks at Super Storage, 3001 Hwy 45 Bypass, Jackson, TN 38305!! A definite asset to the UHaul family!
This rating also applies to the Uhaul store located at 732 Old Hickory Blvd in Jackson, TN. The said manager there (a tall, stocky black man, who wore a face mask & no name tag) refused to honor the reservation that was originally set in place by the 173 Airways Blvd. store in Jackson, TN. The manager apparently did so for no other reason than because I initially preferred to, just simply, give no alternate contact number. I assumed Uhaul asked for this information as a way to be able to recoup any losses taken as a result of the rental, however, figured that my credit card information was enough. Even after presenting this same rationale, as well as giving my other cell phone number to the Uhaul employee (a young, black woman with large eyebrows also wearing no name tag) handling the actual sale, the manager still aggressively interrupted, refusing to honor the sale, with no explanation other than I did not meet renting requirements & telling me that I would not be renting one of "his" trucks. This all began very peacefully & it was not until the employee called the manager into the customer interaction in order to recieve an okay to accept one contact number that the experience turned sour. The manager told me I had to give another contact number. I replied by telling him I did not want to & that the number attached to the reservation was the number I wanted to be reached on. The manager turned seemingly angry by the brow & told me, ma'am, you know what, I'm just not going to allow the sale, you dont meet requirements. I told the manager I was sure that I did meet renting standards & then, directing my question at both the manager & the employee, asked exactly what requirements I failed to meet. The manager told me that I didn't have an alternate number to give. I explained to the manager, that I do indeed have an alternate number, it was just my initial preference not to give out the number, & I then, told my other cell phone number to the clerk. The manager told the clerk no, absolutely refused to explain company renting policy in detail & again refused to rent. This is discrimination, less than poor business practice, unfair practices toward the public, & failure to explain company use of personal information. Forgive me, but I don't rent Uhaul's often & I just wanted someone to simply explain why they were mandating an alternate contact number in order to complete the rental. I then called, trying to move the original Uhaul reservation to another location & was told by the female representative (who claimed to be at the corporate office), that only one contact number was necessary to complete the rental agreement. She told me that she could not switch the reservation to another store & I would have to create a new one due to the system showing the 732 Old Hickory Uhaul Store in the middle of completing my sale @ that time. I made no comment then, but I know there is no reason any sale should have been in proc
The agent at this location was very rude. She was doing her best not to be helpful with information I did not know. I feel if she did not want to deal with customers today, she should have closed. I have used this service several times in the past few months but never again at this location. I will do my best to encourage anyone I know NOT to use this location. As paying customers, we shouldn't be treated this way!

I got a text & this was confusing compared to what the person who checked me in said. I didn't get the text till after I had dropped the key in the box & was worried I'd get charged extra. I didn't though. Yeah. So I would recommend just clarifying the text or that one would get a text.
We loved meeting Ms. Debbie and the others, they're such a great bunch. Thanks for the reminders and the smiles. Ms. Debbie kept me smiling. Pleasant, real and to the point. My experience has been AWESOME and the uhaul on site was very helpful unlike the Old Hickory uhaul location there's always an issue over there. So thank you for your help. - Ms. L. Haith
I worked with Nick at the old hickory location. He snd his staff were very helpful. They made my experience so much better.
Mobile check in did not work due to wrong milage in computer system. Spent an hour at the location.

Used my credit card numbers and email to reserve a uhaul on August 31 at this same location to a John Yarbrough! Not happy with that now that someone has my gmail account email to my phone!!

Picked up after hours so can't really rate the facility. The lot was clean.
we rented a truck online and went to the location to pick it up and the agent said our truck was 100 miles away,he gave us a link to pick up another truck at a 24/7 facility. We used the share link and ended up on the phone with customer service for 1:50 min ,before someone from corporate got involved and straighted the mess out.It was a very bad experience
The truck I ordered was not there. Attendant was rough. Customers were waiting in line with only 1 attendant. Gas line on truck was incorrect and now I find that the attendant charged me for insurance when I denied needing it. Overall...horrible experience!
Debbie was very nice and I would recommend this facility to others. I did explain our problem at the pick up end. She did apologize for our situation and I appreciated her concern.
