When we got there the truck was not ready and we were told it was not working. The key was not in the lock box and and made it difficult to confirm our contract. Service person there was not good at communicating the issues with the truck. we had to work with the uhaul representative for an hour which resolved the issues.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulAfter rental every month they kept charging me fees saying tolls. This went on for four months. After I called and complained they recently charged me again a year and 2 months later. I’m disputing charges but don’t rent from here.
Steven BVehicle had a funky smell. Person there knew what I needed and pretended he didnt. Had to call uhaul to get vehicle.
Timothy BDirty unit, person was unprofessional, requested my personal info and said it needed to be in his phone, simply unacceptable.
