The pick up location is a literal trap house. They were smoking marijuana on site, impossible to get ahold of. The guy leading it was supposed to have my truck ready for remote online pickup at 8am. He never did it like he said he would and we had movers arriving at 9am. He wouldn’t answer the phone so I had to change my truck pickup to another location the morning of. It was terrible. I left the auto transport at the barber shop. When I went to pick it up later that day I had to wait for 25 minutes while he gave a lady a tattoo and smoked marijuana. I would revoke this as a retailer ASAP.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI received the truck almost empty I almost ran out gas while trying to find a gas station.

Alizae CThe truck smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, there was a rattle in the wheels that sounded and felt like bad struts and the air conditioner fan motor seemed to be going out. It would shut off and on throughout the drive, when it would come on, it was cold, but it would shut off for long periods. In Mississippi, in July, the air not working is a big problem. The truck was turned over to us with such a low amount of gasoline, it sputtered into the closest gas station barely able to get to the pump. Putting a renter into a truck in that area of town with not enough gas to get to the closest station is bordering on criminal. I will never rent from that location again.
