Make the process of reaching UHaul repairs for a truck a little easier. We had a problem with the gas line while putting gas in the truck. The repairman was excellent,and we got the repair safely done, but had to speak to several different people to access the repair service. It did cause a three hour delay which required us to spend an extra overnight stay and an additioal day of truck rental. .

Parking lot was not well maintained for weather, if you review camera footage from building you will see I fell in the parking lot after retrieving the key from the lockbox. Uhual truck was practically on empty fuel wise and was having a hard time starting, went to fill up with fuel and ended up losing 27 gallons of gas on the ground of the gas station due to a hole in the gas tank of the uhual.

Loretta GlA. I never received a Pick Up Box Code. B. I had to spent 45 minutes for the Support Staff to remedy the problem (BTW: She was very good in interaction but it was beyond her control). C. The key was finally in the Drop Off Box. D. Got in the truck, had to air out VERY SMELLY!, Truck was not serviced WINDSHIELD had bug guts all over!. D. Could not 24/7 Drop off as the App wasnt on my phone.
