The customer service guy behind the glass was rude, not interested or concerned about his job or the customers. He told everyone the system was slow and to try the app. He did not give contact help at all. I would tell everyone to stay away from this location. Because the customer Service Guy behind the glass is the worst. He gave me a broken " Truck, He would not help me with the app so I could take photos the correct way, I had to use my camera phone to log the information in. This was a Horrible experience. The Truck door was jammed, in the back would not close, I had to pray it did not fly open on the highway. 45 speed limit only. Scared on the highway. I hate that customer service guy for sending me out in danger.

The fee and the advertising price are way off! Advertisements says 19.95 plus 1.99 per mile, they charged me $103.04 up front then an additional $182.47 after returning! For a total of $285.51, I definitely didn’t expect to pay that much!
