The tire gauge light was on and the metal skids to bring items in and out of the truck was missing. The hand truck I rented was a wasted $12. The truck overall performed well. You also changed my resevation to online without asking if it was alright with me.

WILLIAMS POffice management was nice, patient, and greeted you with a smile, while taking care of my rental request professionally. Nice U-Haul.
ADILAH A1st of all I paid $81 for a 4 hours. I couldn’t understand where all the charges came from, when the truck started at $19. Hidden fees that not listed on the receipt. I put over the amount of gas in the truck before it was returned and they told me I didn’t, I have pictures. Also I was charged $50 to for moving blankets that wasn’t folded up. So from all of that another $78 was charged to my card and I’m pissed because it’s too much money and U-Haul needs to check this place out and investigate because I’m a police officer and my team will investigate them from now on. Thank you
