All the employees should know how to hook up lights on a trailer and how to troubleshoot. The lady who assisted us couldn't get the brake lights to work. She was convinced our vehicle was the issue and wouldn't entertain any other ideas. She sent us down the road to Autozone to figure it out. Nothing was wrong with our vehicle and when we got back another employee brought out a different cord which hooked everything up just fine. This lady wasted an hour of our time and gas when we had people waiting on us to bring the trailer to load up.

Tim S.Apparently this location likes to put the screws to the customer when they drop off the vehicle with more fuel than when picked up. I got billed for fuel even though it had more than when picked up. I don't know if it's this location sneaking in fuel charges or the pickup location doing it, but I was overcharged either way with the runaround from corporate. Shady, shady, shady business here.
Jaret S.Waited 30 minutes to rent a truck. Replaced the gasoline amount at the point of renting the truck was over charged for gasoline. Will be making a habit of taken phones photographs of the gas gauge when renting vehicles.
