Check in is miserable. Your site doesn't work. With your clerk helping, it took over 30 minutes and still did not work.people and equipment fine, your system is a failure. Mark

This is my preferred place to rent any of Uhaul's rentals. The owner is great and makes the process easy and quick. I recommend Ionia Floral for any of your Uhaul needs.

STEVEN DThe passenger door does not shut properly, you must SLAM it multiple times before the truck reads the door as shut. There is ZERO chance of seeing behind you if you're trying to back up or switch lanes it's basically good luck, no safety

pat rThere was a major lack of communication. UHAUL took a reservation I had made, which resulted in having to create a new one, at a new location. This was NOT communicated with the new location (Ionia Floral), which resulted in that owner being extremely rude on the phone; she hung up on me when trying to navigate the issue. I was put behind schedule two and a half hours, and had to go 45 minutes further away to compensate for the ERROR of UHAUL. I will say, UHAUL did give us a deal with the price and with mileage. However, all of this could have been prevented with communication all around.

William KMy issue is I reserved the truck at a different location by my house months ago but yet I had to drive 100 miles round trip to get this truck because the original location did not have it. That's absurd. U Haul should have gotten the truck for me to bring to the original rental location but instead I wasted time and money while having movers waiting for me as I did not account that I will be on the road getting this truck for 2 hours!!! That is not customer service. I chose my rental location for a reason

bill gSelf-Return process sucks. Didn't work on app, spent 1.5 hours, called customer service only to wait another 1/2 hour for no solution (told roadside assistance needed to be called, which is untrue)had to return to rental location (1/2 hour from home) to wait another 1/2 hour for customer service to finally get it resolved and able to head back home. Process took almost 4 hours, all because your app doesnt work for returns (per the 2nd customer service rep who was able to get the retun done).

Curt CDraw back to the location is the lack of space for customers to wait for their turn inside the building and not a lot of places to park your personal vehicle out of the way while you are borrowing a uhaul vehicle. Otherwise they did a good job with handling the reservation for pick up and drop off since I know this business is new to being a uhaul location.

John RI was charged a cleaning fee that wasn't discussed before renting the trailer. The trailer wasn't clean when I picked it up, just annoyed it wasn't a covered topic during the rental agreement.
Mark HMy driver complained about excessive heat on his feet from the motor. There is a sign stating just that BUT it was VERY uncomfortable for him.
