First, the associate who helped me was great. I think his name was Pedro, dark hair and beard. The low OVERALL rating is low due to not enough staff. ONE clerk was working the counter on a weekend, she was doing her best. Our wait was ONE HOUR and we did the SELF SERVICE OPTION on the web. One counter person and 2 lot attendants (that also had to do propane in between customers waiting to get their truck.) The older lot person was not very helpful, not familiar with the self service and just kept saying to go to the counter where about 8 people were waiting. The whole idea of doing the self service is to bypass the counter. Again, the LOT person I dealt with was GREAT, he just couldn't do 3 people work by himself. The location had everything and I would recommend it BUT would tell the friend to be prepared to wait an hour. Location opened at 9 and after an hour we didn't get to start the day until after 10 and this was very inconvenient.

Truck was filthy. Not maintained very well. A tennis ball was left in the cab which eventually ended up underneath my brake peddle. Almost cause a crash! When the manager was notified by the employee I returned the truck to, he applied no effort to talk to me about it.

Trailer rented with truck was not returned to Uhaul in time a call would of been good. Although your counter girl was amazing and compensated me with extra day and called customer to find out when trailer would be returned.... she was awesome



Had a great experience, Paul Lomeli took good care of us as. We have dealt with him many times. The person who hooked up the trailer for us today also was very pleasant and professional, but I didn't catch his name unfortunately. Thanks.

No problem with the front desk. However the young man than checked us in claimed we owed double the actual amount. He even insinuated we did not return a dolly. Because there was no dolly in the truck. It took the Lady who checked us out to him there was no dolly. As a customer I deeply resent anyone insinuating I did something wrong. I suggest this employee get more training.

Place was closed. Truck not available at appointment time. Had to call U Haul 800 number customers service to get reservation changed to new location



Rented a 5 x 9 trailer on 1120 at 11:45 AM and return that same day at around 5:30 PM. Once they sent me my billing I was charge for a two day rental showing it was returned on 1121 at 7 PM. Very disappointed in this U-Haul and will never rent from U-Haul again in the future. Terrible service, busy and well understaffed

I had reserved a truck to be picked up much closer to my locations but when we arrived there was no truck available. We were told by Kelly of UHaul corporate that we would be given a 50 refund/rebate at time of drop off for the trouble. Still no refund.

The people, especially the manager, were very helpful and patient at the Cathedral City and the Indio locations. I appreciate the extra mile Paul Lomelli went to be accommodating. Unfortunately, the truck makes noise with or without cargo, the ride was bumpy, and had difficulty climbing mountains. When I was stuck, the CSR took 1 hr to take the report and to get assistance. The amount of time spent gathering information was unacceptable. The above are U Haul issues not location.

Great staff but should be more organize on checking in the trucks at the exact time we return them. Checked out my truck November 4 9 AM and return date November 4 11:25 PM and it was not checked in until November 7 noon time so they charged me two extra days my problem was solved at the same location Great people great staff but just need to be more organized



The truck made a crank noise when braking, it drinks to much gas and also i felt that a truck should have been given back where it was given to me not a cent more. I feel that system they have is pointless.

I returned my trailer @ 9:30 & waited inline till 9:50am @ that point the guy @ the desk said too go outside & someone would ck me did the that guy is on his phone doing my bill,but says I owe 56.00 .my contract was 28.06 i showed him.still say I owe more,went bk too office.they said I turned it in late @ 9:50am told him I was standing inline till 9:50am it took much longer than it should have. The office is disorganized,people are getting mad because of the incompetency .more training is definitely do @ this location
