It was ok, except that the appliance dolly and the extra coverage (for key lock & gas ) cost more at pickup than online. The ramp was off kilter which made it difficult to use. This was a big problem. I reported it at return. I couldn't know that the ramp wasn't just right at pick up.

Gonzalo Z.The staff didn't check in my U-Haul when I returned it. Since the truck wasn't checked back into the system, I was charged for extra days. I called the location and was told that the employee forgot to reflect it in the system, but I would still have to call U-Haul to get my refund. As a result I've spent over an hour calling and explaining the situation to U-Haul and still have to wait to get a response on my refund on a charge that should have never hit my credit card to begin with. I understand mistakes happen, but it's been quite a process to get resolution.
