Canceled my order after I already picked the trailer up then spent an hour on customer service the next day to get it resolved. Felt like the customer service rep was doing other things the whole time, could hear other people in the background and she was obviously outside at some point bc I could hear the wind blowing into the mic.
Adam FSpecifically chose this location as it had Saturday hours, which I would have thought meant there would be staff on site. To enter the lot you need to call the phone number on your Uhaul contract so they can give you an access code to the lot. Once inside the lot you need to disconnect the equipment yourself, which might have been fine if I was physically able.
