I was over charged I ask to speak with a higher up and was giving a local number still waiting on Josh to call back. Conversation was misleading I made a reservation over the phone the ask if I needed more time I said probably not he insisted I returned everything on time and was charged a fee. Unbelievable

My only complaint has to do with the equipment return process. My credit card was charged for the extra miles I drove (over the estimate) without giving me the opportunity to review the final charges first. In fact, I wasn't even told when my transaction was complete. After returning the equipment I went into the office to settle up my account, only to find out my transaction was already complete, my credit card had been charged, and I was free to leave. No one told me this was the procedure. I was never asked to confirm the final bill before I was charged.

Normally I go to a different location but they didn’t have the equipment that I wanted available so I chose this location since it was close. The staff were really helpful. I used the self check in since I was returning the equipment after hours. It was easy and convenient

The damage on the truck was not recorded so we had to have the customer service rep come out and mark the damage. This delayed our departure by 17 min. The inside of the vehicle had cleaner spilled all the drivers side floor. The person working was just upset because it was cold and she had to work.

Gas gauge was on empty when I picked up the UHaul in Indianapolis. When I returned it to Hubcap Annie's at 4:30 pm that smart day, the business was closed even though posted hours state they're open until 5:00 pm. I was told in Indianapolis that I would be reimbursed $28 for the inconveniences of the empty gas tank, but since Hubcap Annie's closed early, that didn't happen.

When you place a order for a toe bar, it should be ready for you. Mine wasn’t and this was very unprofessional. We needed that vehicle down here in Tn. Might figure out when we move rest of house to use another company that get your order correct and not half assed.
