I was being charged on a returned truck that wasn't checked in. I didn't receive a phone about the issue until 3 days later after i was threatened about the vehicle being reported stolen with a warrant for my arrest. I'm a recruiting customer if that was a big issue of me not returning Vehicles why would they keep rentng to me I'm not understanding the employees at this location. Their customer service needs to be improved so they can provide a service and do a better job. The employees at their location needs to make sure all trucks are checked in at a timely manner so no one else have to go through issues of being charged for something that they know nothing about. Management at this location needs to be improved also. A little less joking around and start providing better customer service

I booked online for a location that I found upon arrival was no longer open. The truck itself was dirty a reeked of cigarette smoke. I was a pain to start. The interior of the box had holes in the ceiling which leaked into my boxes. His was after I had to use a towel to try and dry it out. I’ll be hard pressed to use Uhaul at this location again.

I had to completely redo my order. All the information I had put online wasn’t there, including the two boxes and furniture covers I ordered. The man I was speaking to seemed so unknowlegable about how things worked, and was so hard to understand, I just gave up and went on without them. Also, there was no inspection of the vehicle, and I was therefore almost blamed for some existing damage upon return.

This was not rented by me. After contacting the u haul center in In., was finally told that someone else info was put on my account. When I asked it to be removed fron my account, was told it couldn't be. So I have received all this persons person info, even her receipts and continue to receive correspondence concerning her rental.

Management is horrible. A billing error occurred when I first rented my unit. I spoke with management several times but I was never refunded or credited the difference.

Two of your employees show up when they're supposed to open jump each customer thoroughly and not just push him out the door when they're done and when you return equipment actually do the paperwork then and there instead of just sitting around talking and then you do it two days later and then want more money

I almost got caught up in a poor service situation when I called in to request additional time. Well the nice young lady who serviced me at the counter for the pick up was awesome, polite, knowledgeable and seemed to care about her customer (me), and she was young so that speaks volumes. She instructed me that if I needed additional time just to call in and ask if there's a appointment after me. If there wasn't she said that they would be should be able to extend the additional time for me. So I did as instructed I called in I explained the situation that in this moving process we did not have as much help as originally intended so we did need additional Time. Well the lady who took my call at the location where the truck was picked up bad apparently wasn't fully knowledgeable about this process. I explained to her what I was instructed and she was sort of him calling me over the phone and then the next thing I knew I hear a phone ringing in my ear and then another person picked up the phone. Well I explained to the second party who picked up the phone again my situation after letting her know that the young lady who transferred me number one did not tell me that she was being transferring me did not even mention that I was going to be on hold and I guess did not want to confess to the fact that she did not have an answer. That's okay but that's all she had to tell me was that she had to reach out to someone for an answer. So that didn't go so well but the young lady that II young lady that talked to redeem redeem that she made me feel good and she explained that she was going to put me through to someone in traffic so that they can further assist. I've been talked to Danielle who understood the situation and polite me politely extended the time I requested. So overall I was very well pleased with the service very well pleased with the customer service very well pleased with the vehicle and the price was very reasonable. So thank you U-Haul

Incorrectly quoted prices. Associates unfamiliar with billing protocols. Reservations changed without notification. Truck had screeching brakes and non functional AC. Was dirty inside when rented to me.(gum and beer can pop tabs on the floor).

For starters, have the equipment at the location that I stated on the reservation. I wanted to pick up at the Kitley and E Washington St location, and received an email and text the day before, informing me that the pick up location was 2701 N Shadeland. I also completed the express online check-in, to speed up the process at the store, only to be asked the same questions that I had already provided. During inspection, we discovered the the right tire tie down was ripped, so I had to wait, while it was replaced. The equipment should be inspected and repaired before it is available for rent again. I should have been offered a discounted rate for the hassle I experienced. I even helped replace the tie down. If the equipment was previously damaged, this should be noted somewhere in writing, as one of the front tongue support bars was twisted and it was difficult to realize it was damaged when you only inspect one side at a time. The working helping replace the tie down stated that they knew of the damage, but only after I pointed it out. This damage should be noted in the system, so it will print out on the rental agreement contract as previous damage. You should offer AARP and Military discounts.

I dislike that U-Haul no longer does 24 hour rental anymore making you have to automatically pay for an additional day. Other than that, everything went great.
