Truck was beat up and dented all over. Inside of the back was not clean. The front looked like someone shook up a pop can and sprayed the windshield with it. The entire thing smelled like smoke and like someone had lived inside of it. I couldn't even keep it and drive it the time I needed to because of the odor.
Your staff was friendly, but not well organized. I placed a phone reservation with your call center and when I went to pick up the truck, it wasn't in the "ready" location but instead wasn't serviced for use. It was very dirty in the cab and debris in the back, also less than a quarter tank of gas. So I went back inside to inform the agent and I had to wait until she finished with another customer, she then assigned me another truck and it too was low on gas "under a quarter tank". As I go back inside to inform her of the issue, I once again had to wait until she finished with yet another customer. All total it took 50 minutes to finally get a truck and I don't believe I was given any fuel credit or any other type of discount for the inconvenience. Booking in advance is supposed to be convenient, this in no way was convenient at all. I hope you'll take the time to look into this matter and issue any credit to my debit that I'm entitled to. Staff was friendly and helpful, process was easy from start to finish.
You switched my location on me which was farther. Then I was given a truck that had a broken back door. A moving truck is useless if you can't move anything in it. I immediately brought it back. It also would not move out of tow gear. I was charged the extra miles I had to drive because my reservation was changed, plus the miles I did drive, and a full days rental. This is unacceptable and I am calling my credit card company to dispute the charges. Nice you waited until Christmas Eve to tell me how you cheated me!

I was charged a cleaning fee because i ( a woman) couldnt move the fridge and stove off of the uhaul before returning. Upon receiving the uhaul i stated that i needed a dolly one was unavailable. I figured they had one by time i returned it but was unaware i was going to be charged for that! I have reached out to management and was unable to resolve this issue!!! I have reached out to HR to try and get the collection agency information and nobody has returned my emails or anything!!! VERY POOR COMMUNICATION, VERY POOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL RENT FROM A DIFFERENT MOVING COMPANY GOING FORWARD!! THANKS
I thought the came with a dolly, but it didn't. That's the only complaint.
Have someone put the equipment on correctly so that you feel safe traveling
Uhaul was wrecked previously and never fixed prior to pick up. Tried to get a different one and they wouldn't allow it. It had small holes in roof and a ton of my property was ruined. Will NEVER use this location again nor will I EVER recommend this location. I have never been so let down in a Uhaul rental as I was this time.

I liked how person took care of trailer return. The person who I worked with on return of equipment was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with service.
Worst rental site I have ever used. Gave me a van with 7 miles of gas in it expecting me to start out putting gas in it. At check in no one was there to check vehicle in / waited 40 minutes to get receipt. Will never use this location again and encourage others to avoid as well

The staff was unprofessional with the customers in the store and impatient. The employee handling my reservation stated that they had no dollies even though I reserved one and was never contacted that I would not get one. He suggested I drive out of my way to another location just to pick the dolly up, but would not discount any of the extra miles I would have had to drive to correct their mistake. After I had checked out,a different employee brought a dolly through the door, making it clear the first man never looked for the product I had reserved. I was talking with my daughter about how I was afraid that the 26' truck would not actually hold our 4 bedroom home, and the lady that was walking us to the truck stated that I must not know how to pack. Customer service was beyond terrible.
Use your years of leadership in providing rental moving trucks to be prepared to have a vehicle for every customer, and train staff well enough to do the job. You know when peak season is, etc. You got it.
I truly feel employees act according to location they work. People who work in a more urban area feel it's okay to come to work with attitudes and show no emotion because they tired of the type of customers that come in or they just simply don't want to work that day or ever, either way how negative an employee feels , it should never be acted out on the customer. If one customer was bad doesn't mean the next will be and conversations should be limited and rarely had in front of customers and lastly a smile will do please remind employees they are in charge of there own happiness not there jobs so if they hate coming to work QUIT
