I don't agree with my license being photographed. I was not asked or told that this was going to happen and only know that once I seen it happening. I understand that you have to protect yourself and don't know how to handle this but I should have been informed of this before it happened.
I received Excellent customer service from everyone at this facility. I want to acknowledge the you man who checked in my rental. Thadius could tell I was having issues checking in and helped me out. He is definitely a kind soul and his help was very much appreciated.
The agent was not very friendly and was using his cell while renting me the van and did not explain nothing on the contract at all

With older people that aren't into the latest technology it's very difficult to turn your equipment in at the store instead of just calling customer service letting them know you have returned equipment.

The two men who helped us were very friendly and helped back our truck and trailer up to where it needed to be. They checked us in and unattached the trailer and had us out of the parking lot in less than 5 minutes. They were very kind and helpful. We have used this uhaul before and will continue to use this uhaul.

Rude employee at time of drop off on Noland Road, Independence location... same employee was arguing with another customer during the time I was picking up.
LOVED my check in guy (sorry didn't get name).
I selected this location because of the volume of business that they do. Thinking changes would have to be made at the last minute. Changes were made and my needs accommodated. However this location was 90 minutes away from where the truck would be loaded so I would have to remove the car and transporter myself in order to load the truck, put it all back back for the 2000 miles trip. I asked the service person to let me hook-up the transporter, the lights, chains, and secure the car. But he said he had to do it or he would be fired. When I did have to do this all myself for the first time I did manage to get it mostly right. After 90 miles my error was exposed and I remedied it.
I brought the truck back early and was charged more than the stated amount on the contract not cool and it had a quarter tank more than they asked for in the tank that didn't count for anything
The truck was so ruff to drive
The supervisor, Bryan, cancelled my reservation. When I asked why he said I was late only to find the wrong time as given, an hour difference, at the initiation of the reservation. However I did ask Bryan after he informed me my reservation was canceled if they had any trucks available still and he told me â€œNoâ€. I then call the main number to inquire about other locations to drive across town and he told when I get there they were also out! I called corporate back and was told the truck I had initially reserved was still there so she is unsure why I got told â€œNoâ€ to begin with! This was all ON my moving day! And no one offered any compensation!
