Dana JJust the day I picked up the unit, it had what I would call a bad tire, and the manager made a negative in appropriate remark over it and walked away. Was not impressed and will never go back to that store just because of that remark and will tell others and my company to boycott that store as well. I called Uhaul and they immediately took my concerns into consideration, passed it on to their local service agent and handled the bad tire. My comments where, "Why couldn't Waters had handled it just like that?" Guess that would have been to costumer oriented and polite.
Rod ZI had reserved the truck well ahead of time, I got called twice to by Uhaul to confirm the order, since they didn't have the size of truck on the lot they moved me to the next size truck. When I arrived the App wouldn't let me check the truck out, had to call Uhaul to get checked in which took about 45 minutes extra. Lucky for me the store was open. Store was great to Deal with, and the person I worked with on the phone was great.
